गिरिपार क्षेत्र के होनहार युवा नीरज तोमर पुत्र महेंद्र तोमर और माता सरिता तोमर, निवासी गांव हेवना, तहसील कमरऊ, जिला सिरमौर, ने अपनी प्रतिभा से क्षेत्र का नाम रोशन किया है। नीरज का चयन हरियाणा कॉलेज कैडर में असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर (फिजिकल एजुकेशन) के पद पर हुआ है। नीरज तोमर ने इस सफलता का श्रेय अपने माता-पिता और गुरुजनों को दिया है। उन्होंने ग्रेजुएशन तक की पढ़ाई पांवटा साहिब से, जबकि पोस्ट-ग्रेजुएशन हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय, शिमला से पूरी की है। वर्तमान में वे फिजिकल एजुकेशन विषय में पीएचडी भी कर रहे हैं। सबसे खास बात यह है कि नीरज ने यह उपलब्धि बिना किसी कोचिंग के पहले ही प्रयास में हासिल की है। उनके पिता एक निजी कंपनी में कार्यरत हैं, जबकि माता जेबीटी अध्यापक हैं। उनकी इस सफलता से पूरे क्षेत्र में खुशी और गर्व का माहौल है। ग्रामीणों ने नीरज की उपलब्धि पर बधाई देते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने गिरिपार का नाम ऊँचा किया है और युवाओं के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत बन गए हैं।

Neeraj Tomar, son of Mahendra Tomar and mother Sarita Tomar, residents of village Hevna, Tehsil Kamaru, District Sirmaur, has brought glory to the region with his talent. Neeraj has been selected for the post of Assistant Professor (Physical Education) in the Haryana College Cadre. Neeraj Tomar credits his parents and teachers for this success. He completed his undergraduate studies from Paonta Sahib and his post-graduation from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Physical Education. Most importantly, Neeraj achieved this feat in his first attempt without any coaching. His father works in a private company, while his mother is a JBT teacher. His success has brought joy and pride to the entire region. Villagers congratulated Neeraj on his achievement, saying that he has brought glory to Giripar and has become an inspiration for the youth.
