भाजपा प्रवक्ता बलदेव तोमर ने कांग्रेस पार्टी के तथाकथित “वोट चोर अभियान” पर तीखा हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि यह जनता को गुमराह करने की कांग्रेस की एक और असफल कोशिश है। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस झूठ और भ्रम फैलाकर अपने भ्रष्टाचार, वादाखिलाफी और विफल शासन से जनता का ध्यान हटाना चाहती है। तोमर ने कहा कि 2022 में कांग्रेस हिमाचल प्रदेश में बहुमत से सत्ता में आई थी, ऐसे में “वोट चोरी” की बात करना हास्यास्पद और आत्मविरोधी है। उन्होंने सवाल उठाया कि अगर कांग्रेस के मुताबिक वोट चोरी हो रही है, तो फिर हिमाचल में उनकी सरकार कैसे बनी। भाजपा प्रवक्ता ने मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने नादौन विधानसभा चुनाव में वोट डाला और बाद में शिमला नगर निगम चुनाव में अपने पार्षद को वोट दिया, जो स्पष्ट रूप से मतदाता नियमों का उल्लंघन है।

तोमर ने कहा कि कांग्रेस नेताओं पर संगठित वोटर धांधली के आरोप हैं। कांग्रेस के मीडिया प्रमुख पवन खेड़ा के नाम पर दो EPIC ID मिलना इस बात का प्रमाण है कि पार्टी के शीर्ष नेता भी मतदाता धोखाधड़ी में शामिल हैं। उन्होंने सवाल उठाया कि राहुल गांधी बताएँ कि क्या वे पवन खेड़ा को “वोट चोर” मानते हैं और क्या उन्हें कांग्रेस से निष्कासित करेंगे? तोमर ने आगे कहा कि चुनाव आयोग ने यह स्पष्ट किया है कि किसी भी व्यक्ति का वोट ऑनलाइन नहीं हटाया जा सकता। प्रभावित व्यक्ति को सुनवाई का अवसर दिए बिना कोई वोट नहीं हटाया जा सकता, इसलिए राहुल गांधी द्वारा लगाए गए आरोप पूरी तरह झूठे और तथ्यहीन हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस जानती है कि SIR (Systematic Identification Register) लागू होने के बाद उनकी वोट फ्रॉड की राजनीति खत्म हो जाएगी, इसलिए वह इसका विरोध कर रही है। अंत में भाजपा प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि पवन खेड़ा जैसी धांधलियाँ राहुल गांधी की जानकारी के बिना संभव नहीं हो सकतीं, इसलिए असली “वोट चोर” राहुल गांधी स्वयं हैं। कांग्रेस को जनता से माफी मांगनी चाहिए और वोट फ्रॉड की राजनीति से तौबा करनी चाहिए।

BJP spokesperson Baldev Tomar launched a scathing attack on the Congress party’s so-called “vote theft campaign,” calling it yet another failed attempt by the Congress party to mislead the public. He said that by spreading lies and confusion, the Congress party is trying to divert public attention from its corruption, broken promises, and failed governance. Tomar said that since the Congress came to power in Himachal Pradesh with a majority in 2022, talking about “vote theft” is ridiculous and contradictory. He questioned that if Congress claims vote theft is taking place, how did it form a government in Himachal. The BJP spokesperson targeted Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, saying that he voted in the Nadaun assembly elections and later voted for his councilor in the Shimla Municipal Corporation elections, a clear violation of voter rules.

Tomar said that Congress leaders are accused of organized voter fraud. The discovery of two EPIC IDs in the name of Congress media chief Pawan Khera is proof that even top party leaders are involved in voter fraud. He asked Rahul Gandhi to clarify whether he considers Pawan Khera a “vote thief” and whether he will expel him from the Congress. Tomar further stated that the Election Commission has made it clear that no person’s vote can be deleted online. No vote can be deleted without giving the affected person an opportunity to be heard, therefore the allegations made by Rahul Gandhi are completely false and baseless.
