मजदूरों की आवाज और संघर्ष का प्रतीक प्रदीप चौहान ने आज प्रेस बयान जारी करते हुए कहा कि वे सभी उद्योगपतियों, फैक्ट्री मालिकों और उद्योग संगठनों से एक स्पष्ट अपील करते हैं इस बार मजदूरों को मिलने वाला दिवाली बोनस सीधे उनके बैंक खातों में डाला जाए। प्रदीप चौहान ने कहा कि हर साल मजदूरों के साथ अन्याय होता है। बोनस की रकम कम दी जाती है, लेकिन दस्तावेजों में ज्यादा दिखा दी जाती है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह मजदूर वर्ग के साथ खुला शोषण है और इसे किसी भी हाल में बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।

उन्होंने उद्योगपतियों से आग्रह किया कि हर मजदूर का बोनस ऑनलाइन ट्रांसफर करें ताकि पारदर्शिता बनी रहे और हर कर्मचारी को पता चले कि उसे कितना बोनस दिया गया है।प्रदीप चौहान ने कहा कि मजदूर ही वह शक्ति हैं जिनके बल पर उद्योग खड़े हैं। उन्होंने कहा आज जो उद्योगपति उद्योगपति बने हैं, वह मजदूरों के खून-पसीने की कमाई से हैं।मजदूर दिन-रात मेहनत करता है, तब जाकर कोई फैक्ट्री चलती है। उन्होंने साफ कहा कि मजदूर का हक किसी की दया नहीं, उसका अधिकार है। प्रदीप चौहान ने दोहराया कि वे हमेशा मजदूरों के हक की आवाज उठाते रहेंगे।उन्होंने कहा मैं मजदूरों के लिए जिया हूं, और उनकी आवाज बनकर हमेशा खड़ा रहूंगा। मजदूर की मेहनत ही देश की रीढ़ है, और उसका सम्मान होना जरूरी है।
