त्यूणी में जुआ खेलते 13 गिरफ्तार, 1.17 लाख रुपये नकद और ताश की गड्डियां बरामद

देहरादून: वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक देहरादुन के निर्देश पर चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत त्यूणी पुलिस ने रविवार को अटाल गांव में बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए अवैध जुआ खेल रहे 13 लोगों को मौके से गिरफ्तार किया। पुलिस ने उनके कब्जे से 1,17,020 रुपये नकद और ताश की तीन गड्डियां बरामद कीं।

पुलिस को मुखबिर से सूचना मिली थी कि अटाल गांव में महेशानंद की दुकान के अंदर कुछ लोग ताश के पत्तों पर हार-जीत की बाजी लगाकर जुआ खेल रहे हैं। सूचना पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए थाना त्यूणी पुलिस टीम ने छापा मारा और सभी आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। बरामद नकदी में 500, 200, 100, 50 और 20 रुपये के नोट शामिल हैं।

गिरफ्तार आरोपियों में देहरादून जिले के अटाल गांव के साथ-साथ हिमाचल प्रदेश के शिमला और चौपाल क्षेत्र के निवासी भी शामिल हैं। सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

इस कार्रवाई में एसओ विनय मित्तल, कांस्टेबल अरुण राना, कांस्टेबल सुदेश कुमार और होमगार्ड संसार चौहान शामिल रहे।

Police recovered Rs 1,17,020 cash and three bundles of cards from his possession. Taking quick action on the information, the police station police team raided and arrested all the accused. The recovered cash includes 500, 200, 100, 50 and 20 rupee notes. Among the arrested accused, Shimla and Chaupal in Himachal Pradesh along with Atal village in Dehradun districtResidents of the area are also involved.
