परमार राजकीय स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय नाहन में मंगलवार को ‘टूरिज्म वीक’ का शुभारंभ हुआ। छात्रों ने रैली में भाग लेकर पर्यटन के महत्व पर जागरूकता फैलाई और सप्ताह भर विभिन्न गतिविधियों के आयोजन की तैयारी की गई। 22 से 27 सितंबर तक चलने वाले कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत महाविद्यालय के टूरिज्म यूथ क्लब की ओर से जागरूकता रैली से हुई। बी.वॉक विभाग के छात्र-छात्राओं और स्टाफ सदस्यों ने बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया। प्राचार्य ने रैली को हरी झंडी दिखाते हुए कहा कि पर्यटन ग्रामीण विकास, रोजगार सृजन और सांस्कृतिक समृद्धि का सशक्त साधन है।

उन्होंने छात्रों से पर्यटन को लेकर नई सोच और जागरूकता फैलाने का आग्रह किया। बी.वॉक विभाग के नोडल अधिकारी ने बताया कि 24 सितंबर को पोस्टर मेकिंग प्रतियोगिता होगी और 27 सितंबर को भव्य सांस्कृतिक संध्या तथा फूड फेस्ट का आयोजन किया जाएगा। इस अवसर पर हिमाचल, पंजाब और हरियाणा की झलक के साथ-साथ बॉलीवुड थीम पर नृत्य और सोलो सिंगिंग भी आकर्षण का केंद्र होंगी।

Parmar Government Post Graduate College, Nahan, inaugurated ‘Tourism Week’ on Tuesday. Students participated in a rally to spread awareness about the importance of tourism, and preparations were made to organize various activities throughout the week. The program, which runs from September 22 to 27, began with an awareness rally organized by the college’s Tourism Youth Club. Students from the B.Voc department and staff members participated enthusiastically. Flagging off the rally, the Principal said that tourism is a powerful tool for rural development, employment generation, and cultural prosperity.

He urged students to develop new ideas and spread awareness about tourism. The nodal officer for the B.Walk department announced that a poster-making competition will be held on September 24th, and a grand cultural evening and food fest will be held on September 27th. The event will feature a glimpse of Himachal, Punjab, and Haryana, as well as Bollywood-themed dance and solo singing.
