त्योहारी सीज़न में मिलावट पर लगेगी लगाम, धामी सरकार का राज्यव्यापी अभियान

उत्तराखंड में आगामी त्योहारी सीज़न को देखते हुए, मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देश पर प्रदेश सरकार ने मिलावटी खाद्य पदार्थों के खिलाफ एक बड़ा अभियान शुरू कर दिया है। यह अभियान खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत सभी जिलों में एक साथ चलाया जा रहा है, ताकि लोगों को सुरक्षित और गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य सामग्री मिल सके।
निगरानी में ये उत्पाद, होगी कड़ी कार्रवाई

स्वास्थ्य सचिव और खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन आयुक्त डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार ने बताया कि इस अभियान के तहत विशेष रूप से दूध, दूध से बने उत्पाद, खाद्य तेल, मसाले, आटा, मैदा, बेसन और सूखे मेवे जैसे उत्पादों पर कड़ी निगरानी रखी जाएगी। इन उत्पादों के नमूने निर्माण इकाइयों, थोक और खुदरा दुकानों, साथ ही परिवहन चैनलों से भी लिए जाएंगे और सरकारी प्रयोगशालाओं में जांच के लिए भेजे जाएंगे।
उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारियों को नियमित रूप से छापेमारी कर संदिग्ध पदार्थों के नमूने लेने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। यदि कोई उत्पाद असुरक्षित या मानव उपभोग के लिए अयोग्य पाया जाता है, तो तुरंत कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। मिलावटखोरों पर एफआईआर दर्ज करने से लेकर उनके लाइसेंस रद्द करने तक की कार्रवाई संभव होगी।

जांच रिपोर्ट होगी सार्वजनिक, पारदर्शिता पर ज़ोर

डॉ. कुमार ने बताया कि राजकीय खाद्य प्रयोगशालाओं से हर सप्ताह जांच रिपोर्ट मुख्यालय को भेजी जाएगी। इन रिपोर्टों के आधार पर प्राथमिकता के साथ तुरंत कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसके अलावा, FSSAI मानकों और Schedule-IV का उल्लंघन करने वालों पर धारा-32 के तहत मुकदमे भी दर्ज किए जाएंगे।

अभियान में पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने के लिए यह भी तय किया गया है कि जांच रिपोर्ट को हर सप्ताह सार्वजनिक किया जाएगा। ये जांचें दिल्ली स्थित भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण (FSSAI) और उत्तराखंड की मान्यता प्राप्त प्रयोगशालाओं में कराई जाएंगी।

जन-जागरूकता और शिकायत के लिए हेल्पलाइन

सरकार ने इस अभियान में आम जनता को भी शामिल करने का फैसला किया है। डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार ने बताया कि विभाग की टोल फ्री हेल्पलाइन और WhatsApp नंबर पर लोग सीधे मिलावट से जुड़ी शिकायतें दर्ज करा सकेंगे, जिन पर त्वरित कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसके साथ ही, सोशल मीडिया, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक और प्रिंट मीडिया के जरिए भी जन-जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जाएगा ताकि लोग मिलावट के प्रति सचेत रहें।
