बाल संरक्षण कानूनों पर जागरूक हुए सुखचैनपुर स्कूल के बच्चे..

राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालय सुखचैनपुर में चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन सिरमौर एवं मेरा गाँव मेरा देश – एक सहारा संस्था के सहयोग से एक दिवसीय जागरूकता शिविर आयोजित किया गया। शिविर का मुख्य उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1098, उनके अधिकारों तथा बाल संरक्षण से जुड़े कानूनों की जानकारी देना रहा। संस्था के निदेशक डॉ. अनुराग गुप्ता और अध्यक्ष पुष्पा खंडूजा ने विद्यार्थियों को अनुशासन और मोबाइल के सही उपयोग पर मार्गदर्शन दिया। वहीं, चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन सुपरवाइजर सुरेश पाल ने जीवन, सुरक्षा, सहभागिता और विकास जैसे बच्चों के अधिकारों के साथ उनके कर्तव्यों पर भी विस्तार से प्रकाश डाला।

उन्होंने बच्चों से 1098 नंबर का दुरुपयोग न करने की अपील की। इसके अतिरिक्त विद्यार्थियों को सरकार द्वारा जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई सिरमौर के माध्यम से चलाई जा रही योजनाओं – स्पॉन्सरशिप स्कीम, सुख शिक्षा योजना और सुख आश्रय योजना – के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई।चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन केस वर्कर राजेंद्र सिंह ने बच्चों को पोक्सो एक्ट 2012, जे.जे. एक्ट, बाल विवाह निषेध अधिनियम, बाल श्रम निषेध अधिनियम और आरटीई 2009 कानूनों के बारे में बताया। साथ ही उन्होंने अच्छे और बुरे स्पर्श की पहचान पर भी बच्चों को संवेदनशील बनाया। अंत में विद्यालय की मुख्यध्यापिका कल्पना ने चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन टीम का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि यह शिविर बच्चों के लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी और मार्गदर्शक सिद्ध होगा। इस अवसर पर चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन टीम के साथ 32 विद्यार्थी, 7 अध्यापक, 3 अन्य लोग और केस वर्कर करन चौहान मौजूद रहे।

Children of Sukhchainpur school became aware of child protection laws.

A one-day awareness camp was organized in Government Secondary School Sukhchainpur in collaboration with Child Helpline Sirmaur and Mera Gaon Mera Desh – Ek Sahara Sanstha. The main objective of the camp was to give information to the students about Child Helpline number 1098, their rights and laws related to child protection. Director of the organization Dr. Anurag Gupta and President Pushpa Khanduja guided the students on discipline and right use of mobile. Whereas, Child Helpline Supervisor Suresh Pal elaborated on the rights of children like life, security, participation and development along with their duties.

He appealed to the children not to misuse the number 1098. Apart from this, the students were given detailed information about the schemes being run by the government through the District Child Protection Unit Sirmaur – Sponsorship Scheme, Sukh Shiksha Yojana and Sukh Ashray Yojana. Child Helpline case worker Rajendra Singh told the children about POCSO Act 2012, JJ Act, Child Marriage Prohibition Act, Child Labor Prohibition Act and RTE 2009 laws. He also sensitized the children on identifying good and bad touch. In the end, the school’s principal Kalpana expressed her gratitude to the Child Helpline team and said that this camp would prove to be very useful and guiding for the children. On this occasion, 32 students, 7 teachers, 3 other people and case worker Karan Chauhan were present with the Child Helpline team.
