सिरमौर के शुभम शर्मा बने तकनीकी सहायक, सीमित संसाधनों में मेहनत से पाई सफलता…

शिक्षा और मेहनत के बल पर सिरमौर के युवा शुभम शर्मा ने नई उपलब्धि हासिल की है। शुभम का चयन कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र चंबा में तकनीकी सहायक (Technical Assistant Gr-1, Field) पद पर हुआ है। इस पद के लिए 26 जुलाई 2025 को भर्ती प्रक्रिया हुई थी, जिसमें कुल 3 पदों पर चयन किया गया। शुभम शर्मा ने सीमित संसाधनों के बावजूद अपनी मेहनत और लगन से यह मुकाम हासिल किया। उनकी प्रारंभिक शिक्षा DAV स्कूल राजगढ़ से हुई, जबकि +2 की पढ़ाई उन्होंने राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय, राजगढ़ से पूरी की। इसके बाद उन्होंने डॉ. वाईएस परमार बागवानी एवं वानिकी विश्वविद्यालय, नौणी से बी.एससी. (हॉर्टिकल्चर) की पढ़ाई की।

उच्च शिक्षा के लिए शुभम ने पंजाब एग्रीकल्चर यूनिवर्सिटी, लुधियाना से वेजिटेबल साइंस में मास्टर्स डिग्री हासिल की। गौरतलब है कि शुभम का यह चयन बी.एससी. के आधार पर हुआ है। पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ वह बागवानी विकास अधिकारी (HDO) की तैयारी भी कर रहे थे। शुभम के पिता प्रेम चंद शर्मा पशु चिकित्सा फार्मासिस्ट हैं, जबकि माता इंदिरा देवी गृहिणी हैं। उनका परिवार लाना मीयुंटा, तहसील पच्छाद से संबंध रखता है। साधारण परिवार से आने के बावजूद शुभम ने अपने आत्मविश्वास और जुनून से सफलता हासिल की। उनकी यह उपलब्धि न केवल परिवार बल्कि पूरे पच्छाद और सिरमौर जिला के लिए गर्व का विषय है। शुभम की मेहनत उन युवाओं के लिए प्रेरणा है जो छोटे गांव-कस्बों से निकलकर बड़े सपने पूरे करना चाहते हैं।

On the strength of education and hard work, Sirmaur’s youth Shubham Sharma has achieved a new milestone. Shubham has been selected for the post of Technical Assistant Gr-1, Field at Krishi Vigyan Kendra Chamba. The recruitment process for this post was held on 26 July 2025, in which a total of 3 posts were selected. Shubham Sharma achieved this position with his hard work and dedication despite limited resources. He did his early education from DAV School Rajgarh, while he completed his +2 from Government Senior Secondary School, Rajgarh. After this, he did B.Sc. (Horticulture) from Dr. YS Parmar Horticulture and Forestry University, Nauni.

For higher education, Shubham obtained a Masters degree in Vegetable Science from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. It is worth mentioning that Shubham was selected on the basis of his B.Sc. Along with his studies, he was also preparing for Horticulture Development Officer (HDO). Shubham’s father Prem Chand Sharma is a veterinary pharmacist, while mother Indira Devi is a housewife. His family belongs to Lana Meunta, Tehsil Pachhad. Despite coming from a simple family, Shubham achieved success with his confidence and passion. His achievement is a matter of pride not only for his family but for the entire Pachhad and Sirmaur district. Shubham’s hard work is an inspiration for those youth who want to fulfill big dreams by coming out of small villages and towns.
