मेडिकल कॉलेज में एक चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है। प्रशिक्षु महिला डॉक्टरों ने कॉलेज में तैनात एक सुरक्षा गार्ड पर लंबे समय से छेड़छाड़ और अश्लील हरकतें करने का आरोप लगाया है। मामला तब उजागर हुआ जब एक प्रशिक्षु डॉक्टर ने साहस दिखाते हुए अपनी साथियों से इस विषय पर बात की। चर्चा के बाद अन्य प्रशिक्षु डॉक्टरों ने भी अपने अनुभव साझा किए और साफ हुआ कि गार्ड की हरकतें केवल एक पीड़िता तक सीमित नहीं थीं। इसके बाद कुल 19 महिला प्रशिक्षु डॉक्टरों ने एकजुट होकर प्रबंधन को आरोपी के खिलाफ लिखित शिकायत सौंपी। शिकायत मिलते ही मेडिकल कॉलेज प्रशासन ने मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए तुरंत गुन्नू घाट पुलिस चौकी को सूचित किया।

इसके बाद चौकी प्रभारी सुरेश मेहता अपनी टीम के साथ कॉलेज पहुंचे और जांच शुरू की। प्राथमिक जांच के आधार पर आरोपी सुरक्षा गार्ड के खिलाफ यौन उत्पीड़न के प्रावधानों के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। पुलिस अब आगे की कार्रवाई में जुटी है और जल्द ही मुख्य शिकायतकर्ता प्रशिक्षु डॉक्टरों के बयान अदालत में दर्ज करवाए जाएंगे। जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक एन.एस. नेगी ने मामले की पुष्टि करते हुए बताया कि मेडिकल कॉलेज प्रबंधन की ओर से 7 सितंबर को गुन्नू घाट पुलिस स्टेशन में शिकायत दर्ज करवाई गई थी। उन्होंने कहा कि इस शिकायत के आधार पर आरोपी सुरक्षा गार्ड के खिलाफ छेड़खानी का मामला दर्ज किया गया है।

एसपी ने यह भी जानकारी दी कि मुख्य शिकायत के अलावा 19 अन्य प्रशिक्षु डॉक्टरों ने भी हस्ताक्षरयुक्त पत्र के माध्यम से आरोपी पर छेड़खानी के आरोप लगाए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पहले मुख्य शिकायतकर्ता के बयान AIR (Accused Information Report) के तहत अदालत में दर्ज होंगे, जिसके बाद अन्य शिकायतों पर भी अलग से कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस घटना से मेडिकल कॉलेज में छात्रों और स्टाफ के बीच आक्रोश है। प्रशिक्षु महिला डॉक्टरों ने प्रबंधन से सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को और कड़ा करने की मांग की है।

The matter came to light when a trainee doctor showed courage and talked to her colleagues on this subject. After the discussion, other trainee doctors also shared their experiences and it became clear that the guard’s actions were not limited to only one victim. After this, a total of 19 female trainee doctors united and submitted a written complaint against the accused to the management. As soon as the complaint was received, the medical college administration, considering the seriousness of the matter, immediately informed the Gunnu Ghat police post.

After this, Chowki Incharge Suresh Mehta reached the college with his team and started investigation. On the basis of preliminary investigation, a case has been registered against the accused security guard under the provisions of sexual harassment. The police is now engaged in further action and soon the statements of the main complainant trainee doctors will be recorded in the court. District Superintendent of Police N.S. Negi confirmed the case and said that a complaint was lodged by the medical college management at Gunnu Ghat police station on September 7. He said that on the basis of this complaint, a case of molestation has been registered against the accused security guard.

The SP also informed that apart from the main complaint, 19 other trainee doctors have also accused the accused of molestation through a signed letter. He said that first the statement of the main complainant will be recorded in the court under AIR (Accused Information Report), after which action will be taken on other complaints separately. This incident has caused anger among the students and staff of the medical college. Trainee female doctors have demanded the management to tighten the security system.
