भाजपा प्रदेश प्रवक्ता बलदेव तोमर ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का धर्मशाला दौरा और हिमाचल प्रदेश के आपदा प्रभावित क्षेत्रों का निरीक्षण राज्य की जनता के प्रति उनके गहरे लगाव और संवेदनशील नेतृत्व को दर्शाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने अपने व्यस्ततम कार्यक्रमों के बीच हिमाचल आकर बाढ़ और वर्षा प्रभावित क्षेत्रों की स्थिति का हवाई सर्वेक्षण किया और स्वयं स्थिति का जायजा लिया। बलदेव तोमर ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कांगड़ा में आयोजित उच्च स्तरीय बैठक में प्रशासन और अधिकारियों से क्षति का आकलन करवाया। उन्होंने बताया कि बैठक में राहत और पुनर्वास कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि हिमाचल प्रदेश को हरसंभव सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।

इसी क्रम में प्रधानमंत्री ने हिमाचल प्रदेश के लिए 1500 करोड़ रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता की घोषणा की। साथ ही मृतकों के परिजनों के लिए 2 लाख रुपये और गंभीर रूप से घायलों के लिए 50,000 रुपये की अनुग्रह राशि देने का निर्णय भी लिया। भाजपा प्रदेश प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने आपदा प्रभावित परिवारों से मुलाकात की और उनके दुख-दर्द को साझा करते हुए संवेदना प्रकट की। बलदेव तोमर ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने यह भी घोषणा की कि एसडीआरएफ की अग्रिम किस्त और प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि की दूसरी किस्त तुरंत जारी की जाएगी। प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत क्षतिग्रस्त घरों की जियोटैगिंग कर प्रभावित परिवारों को शीघ्र राहत पहुंचाई जाएगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों के जीर्णोद्धार, शिक्षा संस्थानों की क्षति की भरपाई और जल संचयन संरचनाओं के निर्माण के लिए भी विशेष प्रावधान किए जाएंगे। भाजपा प्रदेश प्रवक्ता बलदेव तोमर ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के दौरे और घोषणाओं से यह स्पष्ट संदेश गया है कि केंद्र सरकार संवेदनशील और जिम्मेदार सरकार है, जो केवल कागज़ी आश्वासन नहीं देती बल्कि ठोस कदम उठाती है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी ने न केवल राहत पैकेज दिया है बल्कि दीर्घकालीन पुनर्निर्माण और अवसंरचना बहाली की ठोस योजना भी सामने रखी है। बलदेव तोमर ने कहा कि हिमाचल प्रदेश की जनता प्रधानमंत्री जी के प्रति आभारी है कि उन्होंने विपत्ति की इस घड़ी में प्रदेश का हाथ थामा और राज्य को आत्मविश्वास और भरोसा दिलाया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का यह दौरा हिमाचल के इतिहास में एक मील का पत्थर साबित होगा।

BJP State Spokesperson Baldev Tomar said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Dharamshala and inspection of disaster affected areas of Himachal Pradesh reflects his deep affection towards the people of the state and sensitive leadership. He said that Prime Minister Modi, amidst his busy schedule, came to Himachal and conducted an aerial survey of the condition of flood and rain affected areas and personally reviewed the situation. Baldev Tomar said that Prime Minister Modi got the damage assessed by the administration and officials in a high level meeting held in Kangra. He said that while reviewing the relief and rehabilitation work in the meeting, the Prime Minister made it clear that every possible help will be provided to Himachal Pradesh.

In this sequence, the Prime Minister announced financial assistance of Rs 1500 crore for Himachal Pradesh. Along with this, it was also decided to give an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh to the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 to the seriously injured. BJP State Spokesperson said that Prime Minister Modi met the disaster affected families and expressed condolences while sharing their pain and suffering. Baldev Tomar said that Prime Minister Modi also announced that the advance installment of SDRF and the second installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi will be released immediately. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, relief will be provided to the affected families by geotagging the damaged houses.

He said that special provisions will also be made for the renovation of national highways, compensation for damage to educational institutions and construction of water harvesting structures. BJP State Spokesperson Baldev Tomar said that the visit and announcements of Prime Minister Modi have given a clear message that the Central Government is a sensitive and responsible government, which does not give mere paper assurances but takes concrete steps. He said that the Prime Minister has not only given a relief package but has also put forward a concrete plan for long-term reconstruction and restoration of infrastructure. Baldev Tomar said that the people of Himachal Pradesh are grateful to the Prime Minister that he held the hand of the state in this hour of crisis and gave confidence and assurance to the state. He said that this visit of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will prove to be a milestone in the history of Himachal.
