18 सूत्रीय मांगों को लेकर जल विद्युत निगम कर्मचारियों का विरोध तेज, प्रबंधन को दी चेतावनी

डाकपत्थर:उत्तराखंड जल विद्युत निगम यमुना घाटी प्रथम के कर्मचारियों ने सोमवार को उपमहाप्रबंधक कार्यालय परिसर में सांकेतिक धरना-प्रदर्शन और गेट मीटिंग कर प्रबंधन के प्रति अपना आक्रोश जाहिर किया। यह आंदोलन पूर्व में सौंपे गए 18 सूत्रीय मांग पत्र पर वार्ता न होने के विरोध में किया गया।

धरने की अध्यक्षता इंजीनियर आनंद कुमार ने की, जबकि संचालन प्रेम प्रकाश ने किया। कर्मचारियों का कहना है कि लंबे समय से मांगों को लेकर निगम प्रबंधन को अवगत कराया जा रहा है, लेकिन कोई ठोस पहल नहीं की गई है। इससे नाराज होकर कर्मचारियों को दोबारा आंदोलन का रास्ता अपनाना पड़ा।

दोपहर के समय उपमहाप्रबंधक ने कर्मचारी प्रतिनिधियों को वार्ता के लिए आमंत्रित किया, लेकिन बैठक में कोई ठोस सहमति नहीं बन सकी। कर्मचारी पक्ष की मांग थी कि अधिशासी अभियंताओं को भी वार्ता में शामिल किया जाए। अंततः उपमहाप्रबंधक ने 11 सितंबर को सुबह 10 बजे वार्ता आयोजित करने का आश्वासन दिया।

प्रबंधन की अनदेखी से नाराज कर्मचारी

सभा में वक्ताओं ने डाकपत्थर मुख्यालय पर उच्च अधिकारियों की अनुपलब्धता, कॉलोनी में सुरक्षा और सफाई की लचर व्यवस्था, संविदा व उपनल कर्मियों को रात्रिकालीन भत्ता और अवकाश जैसी मूलभूत सुविधाओं से वंचित रखने जैसे मुद्दों को प्रमुखता से उठाया।

इसके साथ ही परियोजना क्षेत्र में बिना पूर्व सूचना मृदा परीक्षण कार्य कराए जाने को लेकर भी नाराजगी जताई गई। कर्मचारियों ने स्पष्ट कर दिया कि जब तक समस्याओं का समाधान नहीं होता, तब तक आंदोलन जारी रहेगा।

कर्मचारी संगठनों ने घोषणा की कि मंगलवार को भी सुबह 10 बजे कार्यालय परिसर में धरना और गेट मीटिंग की जाएगी।
