प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी बरसात में हुई क्षति को देखने के लिए हिमाचल आ रहे हैं। अभी तक दी गई सूचना के अनुसार वह 9 सितंबर यानी मंगलवार को चंबा, कुल्लू और कांगड़ा जिला का दौरा कर सकते हैं। चंबा और कुल्लू जिलों का हवाई सर्वे हो सकता है, जबकि प्रधानमंत्री धर्मशाला में राज्य सरकार के साथ आपदा राहत पर बैठक कर सकते हैं। इस दौरान नेता प्रतिपक्ष जयराम ठाकुर और प्रदेश भाजपा अध्यक्ष डा. राजीव बिंदल भी धर्मशाला जाएंगे। जयराम ठाकुर ने भी इस बात की पुष्टि की है कि प्रधानमंत्री आ रहे हैं और वह धर्मशाला में बैठक करेंगे। हालांकि बैठक के स्थल को लेकर राज्य सरकार के साथ बातचीत चल रही है। कांगड़ा के गगल एयरपोर्ट पर पीएम की लैंडिंग के बाद यह बैठक तय होगी। हिमाचल में इस बरसात में हुए नुकसान के बाद प्रधानमंत्री का यह पहला दौरा होगा। इससे पहले केंद्रीय मंत्री जेपी नड्डा मंडी जिला के सराज का दौरा कर चुके हैं।

राज्य सरकार प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय से फाइनल कन्फर्मेशन का इंतजार कर रही है। इस बरसात में हुए नुकसान के लिए केंद्र सरकार का दल दौरा करके चला गया है और अपनी रिपोर्ट गृह मंत्रालय को सौंप दी है। 2023 में हिमाचल में हुई क्षति के बाद केंद्र सरकार ने शनिवार को 2006 करोड़ का पोस्ट डिजास्टर नीड एसेस्मेंट पैकेज दिया है, जिसमें 25 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी राज्य सरकार की है, लेकिन वर्तमान बरसात सीजन में हुए नुकसान के बाद राज्य सरकार बिना शर्तों के आपदा राहत पैकेज चाहती है। मुख्यमंत्री सुक्खू इसकी डिमांड कई बार कर चुके हैं। प्रदेश में आम लोगों के मन में भी अब यह सवाल उठ रहा है कि आखिरकार केंद्र सरकार ने हिमाचल की तरफ को इस आपदा के दौरान देखना बंद क्यों कर दिया है। वर्तमान मानसून सीजन में भी राज्य को अब तक 4000 करोड़ से ज्यादा का नुकसान हो चुका है।

According to the information given so far, he can visit Chamba, Kullu and Kangra districts on Tuesday, September 9. There may be an aerial survey of Chamba and Kullu districts, while the Prime Minister can hold a meeting with the state government on disaster relief in Dharamshala. During this, Leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur and State BJP President Dr. Rajiv Bindal will also visit Dharamshala. Jairam Thakur has also confirmed that the Prime Minister is coming and he will hold a meeting in Dharamshala. However, talks are going on with the state government regarding the venue of the meeting. This meeting will be decided after the PM’s landing at Gaggal Airport in Kangra. This will be the Prime Minister’s first visit after the damage caused by this rain in Himachal. Earlier, Union Minister JP Nadda has visited Seraj in Mandi district.

The state government is waiting for the final confirmation from the Prime Minister’s Office. The central government team has visited the area to assess the damage caused in this rainy season and has submitted its report to the Home Ministry. After the damage caused in Himachal in 2023, the central government on Saturday gave a post-disaster need assessment package of Rs 2006 crore, in which the state government has a 25 percent share, but after the damage caused in the current rainy season, the state government wants a disaster relief package without conditions. Chief Minister Sukhu has demanded this many times. The question is now arising in the minds of the common people of the state that why has the central government stopped looking at Himachal during this disaster. Even in the current monsoon season, the state has suffered a loss of more than Rs 4000 crore so far.
