हिमाचल प्रदेश के धार्मिक स्थलों पर धर्म से हटकर पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देना चिंता का विषय है। मंदिरों को रोपवे से जोड़ा रहा है। इन स्थलों पर लोगों की भीड़ पर नियंत्रण करने की जरूरत है। मणिमहेश में टनों के हिसाब से कूड़ा बिखरा देखा गया, जो गंभीर मामला है। आपदा के चलते पहाड़ों में कम से कम कंस्ट्रक्शन की जरूरत है। यह बात लोक निर्माण मंत्री विक्रमादित्य सिंह ने कही। कहा कि पर्यावरण को ध्यान में रखते हुए सड़कों का निर्माण होगा। पूर्व में भी कई पंचायतों में ऐसी सड़कें बन गई, जिसमें पर्यावरण का ध्यान नहीं रखा गया।

गलत डीपीआर तैयार करने पर लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारी चार्जशीट होंगे। यह कार्य एक ठेकेदार को नहीं बल्कि इसमें कई को शामिल किया जाएगा। ताकि समय रहते काम पूरा हो सके। निर्माण के लिए पर्यावरण क्लीयरेंस जरूरी है। वर्तमान में 1250 सड़कें बंद हैं और उन्हें जल्द से जल्द खोलने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। अवैध डंपिंग पर विभाग ने कड़ा संज्ञान लिया है। विक्रमादित्य सिंह ने कहा कि फोरलेन में पहाड़ों और पेड़ों का कटान नहीं होगा। देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी 9 सितंबर को हिमाचल दौरे पर आ रहे हैं। वह धर्मशाला से वाया सड़क होते आपदा प्रभावित क्षेत्र चंबा का दौरा करेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी हिमाचल प्रदेश को अपना दूसरा घर मानते हैं। उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार से मांग की है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश में आयी आपदा को राष्ट्रीय आपदा घोषित किया जाए।

Promoting tourism at religious places in Himachal Pradesh instead of religion is a matter of concern. Temples are being connected by ropeways. There is a need to control the crowd of people at these places. Tonnes of garbage was seen scattered in Manimahesh, which is a serious matter. Due to the disaster, there is a need for minimum construction in the mountains. Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh said this. He said that roads will be built keeping the environment in mind. In the past also, such roads were built in many panchayats in which the environment was not taken into consideration.

Public Works Department officials will be chargesheeted for preparing a wrong DPR. This work will not be given to one contractor but many will be involved in it. So that the work can be completed on time. Environmental clearance is necessary for construction. At present 1250 roads are closed and efforts are being made to open them as soon as possible. The department has taken strict cognizance of illegal dumping. Vikramaditya Singh said that there will be no cutting of mountains and trees in the four-lane. The Prime Minister of the country Narendra Modi is coming to Himachal on 9 September. He will visit the disaster-affected area Chamba from Dharamshala via road. Prime Minister Narendra Modi considers Himachal Pradesh his second home. He has demanded from the central government that the disaster in Himachal Pradesh be declared a national disaster.
