उपायुक्त सोलन मनमोहन शर्मा ने बताया कि नशीली दवाओं की तस्करी, भंडारण, अवैध खेती और संबंधित अपराधों की सूचना अब टोल फ्री नम्बर 1933 पर दी जा सकती है। उन्होंने कहा कि सूचना देने वाले की पहचान गोपनीय रखी जाएगी और इस हेल्पलाइन पर परामर्श व पुनर्वास संबंधी सहयोग भी उपलब्ध है। यह एकीकृत डिजिटल प्लेटफार्म है, जहां नागरिक नशे के मामलों की रिपोर्ट कर सकते हैं और पुनर्वास संसाधनों की जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। इस माध्यम से नागरिकों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित होगी। हेल्पलाइन का उपयोग टोल फ्री नम्बर 1933 के अलावा http://www.ncbmanas.gov.in, ईमेल info.ncbmanas@gov.in और उमंग ऐप से भी किया जा सकता है। मनमोहन शर्मा ने कहा कि वर्ष 2047 तक नशा मुक्त भारत के लक्ष्य को हासिल करने के लिए योजनाबद्ध कार्य चल रहे हैं। जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए वीडियो, ब्रोशर और पोस्टर भी इस प्लेटफार्म पर उपलब्ध हैं। सोलन ज़िले में प्रशासन और पुलिस की अगुवाई में नशे के खिलाफ निरंतर अभियान चलाया जा रहा है, जिससे महत्वपूर्ण सफलता मिल रही है।

He said that the identity of the informer will be kept confidential and counseling and rehabilitation support is also available on this helpline. This is an integrated digital platform, where citizens can report drug cases and get information about rehabilitation resources. Citizen participation will be ensured through this medium. Apart from toll free number 1933, the helpline can also be used from http://www.ncbmanas.gov.in, email info.ncbmanas@gov.in and Umang app. Manmohan Sharma said that planned work is going on to achieve the goal of drug free India by the year 2047. Videos, brochures and posters are also available on this platform to increase awareness. A continuous campaign is being run against drug under the leadership of administration and police in Solan district, which is getting significant success.
