हिमाचल पथ परिवहन निगम (एचआरटीसी) ने सरकारी योजनाओं को अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक पहुंचाने और निजी उद्यमों को प्रचार का सुलभ माध्यम उपलब्ध करवाने की दिशा में नई पहल शुरू की है। निगम ने अब अपनी इलेक्ट्रॉनिक टिकटिंग मशीनों से जारी थर्मल पेपर टिकटों, पीडीएफ ई-टिकटों और मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन पर विज्ञापन की सुविधा आरंभ कर दी है। मंडी मंडल के मंडलीय प्रबंधक उत्तम सिंह ने जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि एचआरटीसी की यह पहल संसाधनों के प्रभावी उपयोग, जन जागरूकता और आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण की प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है। उन्होंने बताया कि निगम का विस्तृत परिवहन नेटवर्क प्रतिदिन लगभग 5 से 6 लाख यात्रियों को सेवाएं प्रदान करता है। ऐसे में यह सुविधा विज्ञापनदाताओं को सीधे बड़े वर्ग तक पहुंच का अवसर देगी।

सरकारी विभाग इस माध्यम से अपनी जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का प्रचार-प्रसार कर सकेंगे, वहीं निजी कंपनियां भी अपने उत्पादों और सेवाओं को बड़े स्तर पर प्रस्तुत कर पाएंगी।मंडलीय प्रबंधक ने बताया कि विज्ञापन टिकट के ऊपरी व निचले हिस्से पर, पीडीएफ ई-टिकट पर, मोबाइल ऐप के पुश नोटिफिकेशन के रूप में और थर्मल पेपर रोल के पीछे की ओर प्रकाशित किए जा सकेंगे। मोबाइल ऐप पर 15 सेकंड का पूर्ण स्क्रीन विज्ञापन प्रदर्शित होगा, जिसे यात्री 5 सेकंड के बाद बंद कर सकेंगे। उत्तम सिंह ने कहा कि विज्ञापन की दरें भी बजट-अनुकूल रखी गई हैं। टिकट पर विज्ञापन की दर 0.10 से 0.15 रुपये प्रति इंप्रेशन, पीडीएफ ई-टिकट पर 0.50 रुपये प्रति इंप्रेशन, मोबाइल ऐप पर 1 रुपये प्रति इंप्रेशन और थर्मल पेपर रोल पर 10 रुपये प्रति इंप्रेशन तय की गई है।

Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) has started a new initiative to reach out government schemes to more and more people and to provide an easy medium of publicity to private enterprises. The corporation has now started advertising on thermal paper tickets issued from its electronic ticketing machines, PDF e-tickets and mobile applications. Giving information, Divisional Manager of Mandi Division, Uttam Singh said that this initiative of HRTC reflects the commitment towards effective use of resources, public awareness and economic empowerment. He said that the corporation’s wide transport network provides services to about 5 to 6 lakh passengers daily. In such a situation, this facility will give advertisers an opportunity to reach a large section directly.

Government departments will be able to promote their welfare schemes through this medium, while private companies will also be able to present their products and services on a large scale. The divisional manager said that advertisements can be published on the upper and lower part of the ticket, on PDF e-tickets, in the form of push notifications of mobile app and on the back side of thermal paper roll. A 15-second full screen advertisement will be displayed on the mobile app, which passengers will be able to close after 5 seconds. Uttam Singh said that the rates of advertisement have also been kept budget-friendly. The rate of advertisement on tickets has been fixed at Rs 0.10 to Rs 0.15 per impression, Rs 0.50 per impression on PDF e-ticket, Rs 1 per impression on mobile app and Rs 10 per impression on thermal paper roll.

The minimum order starts from Rs 25 thousand, while the minimum amount for thermal paper roll advertisement is Rs 5 lakh. He also informed that advertisements will be published only on prepayment. Interested organizations will have to provide the advertisement content, duration and final design to the corporation along with the application.
