हरिद्वार कुंभ 2027: दिव्य और भव्य आयोजन को लेकर तैयारियों में जुटी सरकार, सीएम धामी ने दिए सख्त निर्देश

देहरादून। हरिद्वार में 2027 में आयोजित होने वाले कुंभ मेले की तैयारियों को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सचिवालय में एक उच्च स्तरीय समीक्षा बैठक की। मुख्यमंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि कुंभ मेला राज्य सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है और इसके आयोजन में किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए कि कुंभ मेला क्षेत्र में सभी स्थायी निर्माण कार्य अक्टूबर 2026 तक हर हाल में पूरे कर लिए जाएं। सभी कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर वर्गीकृत कर तेजी से आगे बढ़ाया जाए। मास्टर प्लान को अंतिम रूप देते समय सभी सेक्टर, मार्ग, पार्किंग, घाट और कैम्प स्थलों को स्पष्ट रूप से चिन्हित करने के निर्देश दिए गए, ताकि भूमि अधिग्रहण और अस्थायी उपयोग की प्रक्रिया समय से पूरी हो सके।

घाटों का विस्तार, भीड़ प्रबंधन और यातायात नियंत्रण पर विशेष जोर

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मौजूदा घाटों की मरम्मत, नए घाटों का निर्माण और कांगड़ा घाट का विस्तार समय से पूरा किया जाए, ताकि भारी भीड़ को सुचारू रूप से नियंत्रित किया जा सके। श्यामपुर, गैंडीखाता और चंडीघाट क्षेत्रों में विशेष टेंट सिटी विकसित करने के लिए मास्टर प्लान तैयार करने को भी कहा गया है।

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि बहादराबाद-श्यामपुर बाईपास जैसे निर्माणाधीन सड़क प्रोजेक्ट्स को समय से पहले पूरा कर कुंभ के दौरान अधिकतम लाभ उठाया जाए। ट्रैफिक डायवर्जन, दूरस्थ पार्किंग और शटल सेवा जैसी व्यवस्थाएं भी समय रहते तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

कुंभ में अपनाया जाएगा जीरो वेस्ट मॉडल

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कुंभ मेला क्षेत्र को ‘जीरो वेस्ट जोन’ के रूप में विकसित किया जाए। इसके तहत ठोस अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन, रीसाइक्लिंग सिस्टम, मोबाइल टॉयलेट, पिंक टॉयलेट और चेंजिंग रूम जैसी सुविधाओं को मजबूत किया जाएगा। हरकी पैड़ी और अन्य घाटों पर 24 घंटे सफाई व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं।

श्रद्धालुओं की सुरक्षा और सुविधा सर्वोपरि

मुख्यमंत्री ने घाटों पर सुरक्षा के लिए पर्याप्त संख्या में लाइफगार्ड, मोटरबोट और सुरक्षा रस्सी की व्यवस्था करने को कहा। साथ ही यह भी सुनिश्चित करने को कहा कि श्रद्धालु उत्तराखंड से अच्छा अनुभव लेकर लौटें। इसके लिए ड्यूटी में तैनात कार्मिकों को विशेष प्रशिक्षण देने की बात कही गई।

आईटी सेवाओं और स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था को मिलेगी प्राथमिकता

कुंभ क्षेत्र में डिजिटल सेवाओं का अधिकतम उपयोग करते हुए मोबाइल ऐप, हेल्पलाइन और सूचना केंद्र स्थापित किए जाएंगे। वहीं स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए अस्थायी अस्पताल, एम्बुलेंस और मोबाइल मेडिकल यूनिट की भी व्यवस्था की जाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने मुख्य सचिव को निर्देश दिए कि कुंभ मेला की तैयारियों की हर 15 दिन में समीक्षा की जाए।

बैठक में कई जनप्रतिनिधि और वरिष्ठ अधिकारी रहे मौजूद

इस बैठक में विधायक मदन कौशिक, प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल, आदेश चौहान, रेनू बिष्ट, रवि बहादुर, अनुपमा रावत सहित कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी और जिलाधिकारी, पुलिस अधीक्षक तथा मेला अधिकारी सोनिका मौजूद रहे। गढ़वाल कमिश्नर विनय शंकर पांडे और आईजी गढ़वाल राजीव स्वरूप वर्चुअली जुड़े।

Dehradun: In preparation for the upcoming Kumbh Mela 2027 in Haridwar, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami chaired a high-level review meeting at the Secretariat. The Chief Minister made it clear that the Kumbh Mela is a top priority for the state government, and any negligence in its organization will not be tolerated.

He directed that all permanent construction works in the Kumbh Mela area must be completed by October 2026 under all circumstances. All tasks should be prioritized and executed swiftly. While finalizing the master plan, he instructed that all sectors, routes, parking zones, ghats, and camp sites must be clearly demarcated to ensure timely land acquisition and temporary usage.

Focus on Ghat Expansion, Crowd Management, and Traffic Control

The Chief Minister emphasized timely repair of existing ghats, construction of new ones, and expansion of the Kangra Ghat to ensure smooth crowd control. He also called for a master plan to develop special tent cities in the Shyampur, Gaindikhata, and Chandighat areas.

He stressed the need for fast-tracking road projects like the under-construction Bahadrabad–Shyampur bypass so they can serve effectively during the Kumbh. Provisions for traffic diversion, remote parking, and shuttle services should be made in time.

‘Zero Waste’ Model to be Implemented at Kumbh

The CM directed that the Kumbh Mela area be developed as a ‘Zero Waste Zone’. This includes solid waste management, recycling systems, adequate mobile toilets, pink toilets, and changing rooms. A 24×7 cleaning system must be implemented at Har Ki Pauri and other ghats.

Devotee Safety and Comfort Are Paramount

The Chief Minister instructed that sufficient lifeguards, motorboats, and safety ropes be deployed at all ghats. He also emphasized that pilgrims should leave Uttarakhand with a positive experience. For this, personnel on duty will be given special training in advance.

Priority to IT Services and Healthcare

The Kumbh Mela area will leverage digital services with the introduction of mobile apps, helpline numbers, and information centers for real-time updates to pilgrims. Temporary hospitals, ambulances, and mobile medical units will also be arranged to strengthen healthcare services.

The Chief Minister directed the Chief Secretary to review Kumbh preparations every 15 days.
