शिशु विद्या मंदिर डाकपत्थर में बीईओ ने संभाली कमान, छह माह में बनेगी नई प्रबंधन समिति

विकासनगर:नेहरू मार्केट स्थित शिशु विद्या मंदिर इंटर कॉलेज में प्रबंधन से जुड़े विवादों के बाद अब प्रशासन ने कमान संभाल ली है। अपर शिक्षा निदेशक, माध्यमिक शिक्षा गढ़वाल मंडल पौड़ी के आदेश पर और मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी देहरादून की संस्तुति के आधार पर खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी (बीईओ) विकासनगर को विद्यालय का प्रबंध संचालक नियुक्त किया गया है। बुधवार को उन्होंने विधिवत रूप से कार्यभार ग्रहण कर लिया।

नए प्रबंध संचालक को उत्तराखंड विद्यालयी शिक्षा अधिनियम-2006 और विनियम-2009 के अंतर्गत छह माह के भीतर विद्यालय की प्रबंध समिति का गठन करना अनिवार्य किया गया है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि हाल ही में विद्यालय में प्रबंधकीय फैसलों को लेकर विवाद खड़ा हो गया था। पूर्व प्रबंधक द्वारा कुछ शिक्षकों को हटाने के फैसले का विरोध करते हुए अभिभावकों और स्थानीय नागरिकों ने धरना-प्रदर्शन किया था। राज्य आंदोलनकारी विजय महर ने इस पूरे मामले की शिकायत मुख्यमंत्री से की थी।

शिकायत पर संज्ञान लेते हुए जांच की गई और जांच रिपोर्ट के आधार पर बीईओ को कार्यभार सौंपते हुए निर्देश दिए गए कि छह माह की अवधि में पारदर्शी तरीके से प्रबंध समिति का गठन सुनिश्चित किया जाए। खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी ने कहा कि वे विद्यालय की व्यवस्थाएं दुरुस्त करने के साथ समिति गठन की प्रक्रिया तय समय में पूरी करेंगे।

BEO Takes Charge at Shishu Vidya Mandir Dakpathar, New Management Committee to Be Formed Within Six Months

Vikasnagar: Following management-related disputes at Shishu Vidya Mandir Inter College, located in Nehru Market, Dakpathar, the administration has now stepped in to take control. As per the orders of the Additional Director of Secondary Education, Garhwal Division (Pauri), and on the recommendation of the Chief Education Officer, Dehradun, the Block Education Officer (BEO) of Vikasnagar has been appointed as the school’s administrator. He formally took charge on Wednesday.

According to the Uttarakhand School Education Act-2006 and Regulations-2009, the newly appointed administrator must constitute a new school management committee within six months.

It is noteworthy that the school had recently been embroiled in controversy over management decisions. The former manager had removed several teachers, leading to protests and demonstrations by parents and local residents. State agitator Vijay Mahar had lodged a complaint about the matter with the Chief Minister.

Acting on the complaint, an investigation was conducted, and based on the findings, the BEO was assigned charge along with clear instructions to ensure the transparent formation of the management committee within the stipulated time frame. The Block Education Officer stated that he has taken over the responsibilities and will work to streamline the school’s functioning while completing the committee formation process within the given period.
