हिमाचल प्रदेश विधानसभा के मानसून सत्र का आज सोमवार को 11वां दिन है। सत्र दोपहर दो बजे शुरू होगा। इसमें स्वाभाविक रूप से पिछले दिनों से राज्य में बादल फटने, भूस्खलन और तबाही के रूप में आई आपदा का मुद्दा गूंजेगा। प्रश्नकाल में भी इस विषय पर प्रश्न और अनुपूरक प्रश्न होंगे तो प्रश्नकाल के बाद भी चर्चा होगी। सत्र की बैठक दोपहर बाद दो बजे शुरू होगी। दो से तीन बजे के बीच प्रश्नकाल होगा। इसके बाद शून्यकाल और अन्य नियमों के तहत मुद्दों पर चर्चा होगी। राज्य विधानसभा के 12 दिवसीय मानसून सत्र का समापन मंगलवार को होगा। यह चौदहवीं विधानसभा का 12वां सत्र होगा। यह सत्र हिमाचल प्रदेश के इतिहास का चौथा सबसे लंबा सत्र है।

सोमवार को सदन में चार विधेयकों को पेश किया जाएगा। ये हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक परीक्षा अनुचित साधन निवारण विधेयक 2025, हिमाचल प्रदेश सड़क द्वारा कतिपय माल के वहन पर कराधान संशोधन विधेयक 2025, रजिस्ट्रीकरण हिमाचल प्रदेश संशोधन विधेयक 2025 और हिमाचल प्रदेश पंचायती राज संशोधन विधेयक 2025 होंगे। इन विधेयकों को पारित करने के प्रस्ताव हिमाचल प्रदेश विधानसभा के मानसून सत्र के अंतिम दिन मंगलवार को किए जा सकते हैं। सोमवार को ही सदन में हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक उपयोगिताओं के परिवर्तन का प्रतिषेध विधेयक 2025 को पारित करने का भी प्रस्ताव किया जाएगा। नियम 130 के तहत शाहपुर के कांग्रेस विधायक केवल सिंह पठानिया संसाधन जुटाने के लिए नीति बनाने का सदन में प्रस्ताव रखेंगे।
