नागरिक अस्पताल करसोग में ओपीडी में मरीजों को पारदर्शी एवं समयबद्ध उपचार उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए टोकन व्यवस्था भी एक सिंतबर से होगी शुरू

ग्रामीण और दूरदराज के क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को सुलभ बनाने के उद्देश्य से सरकार ने एक अहम निर्णय लिया है। इस निर्णय के अन्तर्गत अब सिविल अस्पतालों, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों (सीएचसी) और प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों (पीएचसी) में भी स्क्रब टायफस और टायफायड के टेस्ट निःशुल्क होंगे। इससे पूर्व, यह टेस्ट केवल मेडिकल काॅलेज और जिला स्तरीय अस्पतालों में ही निःशुल्क होते थे। इस संबंध में सभी अस्पतालों को निर्देश जारी कर दिए गए हैं। सरकार की इस पहल से मरीजों को आर्थिक राहत के साथ-साथ स्थानीय स्तर पर बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधा प्राप्त होगी और उन्हें जांच के लिए अब दूर नहीं जाना पड़ेगा।

करसोग अस्पताल में भी निःशुल्क सुविधा शुरू
बीएमओ करसोग डाॅ. गोपाल चौहान ने बताया कि करसोग अस्पताल में भी अब स्क्रब टायफस और टायफायड के टेस्ट पूरी तरह निःशुल्क किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे मरीजों को राहत मिलेगी और उनके समय की भी बचत होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि करसोग अस्पताल में प्रतिदिन 700 से 800 मरीजों की ओपीडी होती है और अधिकतर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लोग उपचार के लिए आते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि बरसात के मौसम में स्क्रब टायफस और टायफायड जैसी बीमारियां अधिक सामने आती है। स्क्रब टायफस और टायफायड की जांच हेतू टेस्ट की निःशुल्क सुविधा मिलने से अब ऐसे मरीजों को उपचार करवाने में होने वाले खर्च से छुटकारा मिलेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि इससे पूर्व, स्क्रब टायफस और टायफायड की जांच के लिए मरीजों को 196 रुपये तक प्रति टेस्ट देने पड़ते थे।

टोकन व्यवस्था शुरू
बीएमओ ने बताया कि मरीजों की सुविधा के लिए अस्पताल प्रबंधन निरंतर नई सुधारात्मक पहल कर रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि सिविल अस्पताल करसोग में ओपीडी में होने वाली भीड़ को नियन्त्रित करने और मरीजों को पारदर्शी एवं समयबद्ध उपचार सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए अस्पताल में एक सितंबर, 2025 से टोकन सिस्टम लागू किया जा रहा है। इस व्यवस्था से मरीजों की जांच क्रमबद्ध और पारदर्शी तरीके से सुनिश्चित होगी तथा भीड़ में होने वाली अव्यवस्था से बचाव होगा।

बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की दिशा में कदम
डाॅ. चौहान ने बताया कि अस्पताल में सुविधाओं का विस्तार लगातार किया जा रहा है ताकि मरीजों को बेहतर, समयबद्ध और गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाई जा सकें। उन्होंने बताया कि अस्पताल में खाली चल रहे विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों के पदों को भरने के भी प्रयास किए जा रहे है।

Token system will also start from September 1 in Civil Hospital Karsog to provide transparent and timely treatment to patients in OPD

With the aim of making health facilities accessible in rural and remote areas, the government has taken an important decision. Under this decision, now scrub typhus and typhoid tests will be free in civil hospitals, community health centers (CHC) and primary health centers (PHC). Earlier, these tests were free only in medical colleges and district level hospitals. Instructions have been issued to all hospitals in this regard. With this initiative of the government, patients will get financial relief as well as better health facilities at the local level and they will no longer have to go far for tests.

Free facility started in Karsog Hospital too

BMO Karsog Dr. Gopal Chauhan said that now the tests of scrub typhus and typhoid will be done completely free of cost in Karsog Hospital too. He said that this will provide relief to the patients and will also save their time. He said that there is an OPD of 700 to 800 patients every day in Karsog Hospital and most of the people from rural areas come for treatment. He said that diseases like scrub typhus and typhoid are more common during the rainy season. With the free facility of testing for scrub typhus and typhoid, now such patients will get relief from the expenses incurred in getting treatment. He said that earlier, patients had to pay up to Rs. 196 per test for the test of scrub typhus and typhoid.

Token system started

The BMO said that the hospital management is constantly taking new corrective initiatives for the convenience of the patients. He said that in order to control the crowd in the OPD in Civil Hospital Karsog and to provide transparent and timely treatment facilities to the patients, token system is being implemented in the hospital from September 1, 2025. This system will ensure the examination of patients in a systematic and transparent manner and will prevent chaos in the crowd.

Steps towards better health services

Dr. Chauhan said that facilities are being continuously expanded in the hospital so that better, timely and quality health services can be provided to the patients. He said that efforts are also being made to fill the vacant posts of specialist doctors in the hospital.
