24 घंटे में हत्याकांड का पर्दाफाश: केयरटेकर की हत्या में दो आरोपी गिरफ्तार

देहरादून: सहस्त्रधारा हेलीपैड के पास एक निर्माणाधीन मकान में केयरटेकर की हत्या की गुत्थी पुलिस ने मात्र 24 घंटे में सुलझा ली। राजपुर थाना पुलिस ने इस मामले में दो आरोपियों — प्रवीन रावत उर्फ अमन और पवन कुमार — को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पुलिस ने उनके कब्जे से मृतक का मोबाइल फोन और हत्या में प्रयुक्त लोहे का सरिया भी बरामद किया है।

पुलिस के अनुसार, दोनों आरोपी नशे के आदी हैं और नशे की लत पूरी करने के लिए चोरी की घटनाओं को अंजाम देते थे। 27 अगस्त की रात वे चोरी की नीयत से निर्माणाधीन इमारत में घुसे, जहां 68 वर्षीय केयरटेकर जर्रार अहमद सो रहे थे। आरोपियों ने उनकी जेब से नकदी और मोबाइल चुराने की कोशिश की। जब जर्रार ने इसका विरोध किया, तो दोनों ने लोहे की सरिये से हमला कर उनकी हत्या कर दी और मौके से फरार हो गए।

पुलिस की त्वरित कार्रवाई और जांच से 24 घंटे के भीतर केस सुलझा लिया गया, जिससे इलाके में सुरक्षा को लेकर लोगों में विश्वास मजबूत हुआ है।
