फर्जी दस्तावेज़ों से जमीन हड़पने का मामला: भाजपा पार्षद मनीष बालर गिरफ्तार, पार्टी से निष्कासित

हरिद्वार जिले के रुड़की में भाजपा को बड़ा झटका लगा है। वार्ड नंबर 38 से पार्षद मनीष बालर को उत्तराखंड एसटीएफ ने जमीन धोखाधड़ी के गंभीर मामले में गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी पार्षद पर आरोप है कि उसने कुख्यात प्रवीण वाल्मीकि के साथ मिलकर एक महिला और उसके परिवार को धमका कर जमीन के फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार करवाए और उसे बेचने की साजिश रची।

एसटीएफ की जांच में खुलासा हुआ है कि आरोपी ने केवल एक नहीं, बल्कि कई जमीनों के जाली दस्तावेज बनवाकर उन्हें बेचा है। इस मामले में एक अन्य व्यक्ति पंकज अष्ठवाल को भी एसटीएफ ने गिरफ्तार किया है। गंगनहर कोतवाली में मुकदमा दर्ज करने के बाद, एसटीएफ टीम मनीष बालर को देहरादून ले गई है, जहां उससे पूछताछ जारी है।

पार्टी ने की सख्त कार्रवाई

जैसे ही गिरफ्तारी की खबर सामने आई, भाजपा ने तत्काल प्रभाव से मनीष बालर को पार्टी से निष्कासित कर दिया। पार्टी नेतृत्व का कहना है कि संगठन में भ्रष्टाचार या आपराधिक गतिविधियों के लिए कोई स्थान नहीं है।

विपक्ष का भाजपा पर हमला

भाजपा पार्षद की गिरफ्तारी के बाद कांग्रेस और अन्य विपक्षी दलों ने पार्टी पर निशाना साधा है। कांग्रेस ने आरोप लगाया कि भाजपा में आपराधिक छवि वाले लोगों को संरक्षण दिया जाता है और कार्रवाई केवल दिखावे की होती है। कुछ नेताओं ने भाजपा को “अपराधियों का आश्रय स्थल” तक करार दे दिया।

लंबे समय से जांच के घेरे में था पार्षद

एसटीएफ के मुताबिक, मनीष बालर के खिलाफ पिछले कई महीनों से शिकायतें मिल रही थीं। प्रारंभिक जांच में जमीन सौदों में गड़बड़ियों और फर्जी दस्तावेजों का खुलासा हुआ। गहराई से जांच करने पर पता चला कि पार्षद का संबंध एक सक्रिय भू-माफिया गिरोह से है।

सूत्रों का कहना है कि इस मामले में कई और प्रभावशाली नाम सामने आ सकते हैं। फिलहाल एसटीएफ की टीम मनीष से पूछताछ कर रही है और नेटवर्क से जुड़े अन्य लोगों की तलाश में है।
