भाजयुमो के पूर्व प्रदेश मंत्री हिमांशु चमोली गिरफ्तार, युवक की मौत के मामले में पुलिस ने की कार्रवाई

पौड़ी गढ़वाल पुलिस ने तलसारी में एक युवक की मौत के मामले में भारतीय जनता युवा मोर्चा (भाजयुमो) के पूर्व प्रदेश मंत्री हिमांशु चमोली को गिरफ्तार किया है।

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार जितेंद्र सिंह नामक ने अपनी SUV कार में खुद को गोली मार ली। मरने से पहले उसने एक वीडियो बनाया। इस वीडियो में उसने उत्तराखंड में सत्ताधारी दल के नेता BJP युवा मोर्चा के प्रदेश मंत्री हिमांशु चमोली पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए। जितेंद्र ने कहा कि हिमांशु चमोली उसकी मौत का जिम्मेदार है। उसने हिमांशु पर 35 लाख रुपये हड़पने का आरोप लगाया। वीडियो में जितेंद्र ने कहा कि हिमांशु चमोली ने जमीन विवाद सुलझाने के बदले उससे 35 लाख रुपये लिए थे। उसने यह भी कहा कि हिमांशु ने केदारनाथ में उसके 7 लाख रुपये खर्च करवाए। जितेंद्र ने आरोप लगाया कि उसने हिमांशु, उसकी पत्नी और भाई को अपने पैसे से फोन दिलाए थे। उसने वो पैसे उधार लेकर दिए थे। जितेंद्र का कहना था कि अब हिमांशु जमीन का समाधान नहीं कर रहा है। इस वजह से वह मानसिक तनाव और प्रताड़ना झेल रहा था।

पुलिस की पूछताछ और साक्ष्यों के आधार पर मृतक द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों की पुष्टि हुई, जिसके बाद यह गिरफ्तारी हुई। चमोली को अब माननीय न्यायालय में पेश कर आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है। घटना सामने आने के बाद भाजयुमो ने उन्हें संगठन से निष्कासित कर दिया था। आरोप है कि चमोली की प्रताड़ना से तंग आकर ही युवक ने खुद को गोली मारकर आत्महत्या कर ली थी।
