नृशंस हत्या मामले में अदालत का बड़ा फैसला: तीन को फांसी, दो को उम्रकैद

देहरादून। वर्ष 2022 में गुच्चूपानी क्षेत्र में हुए ई-रिक्शा चालक की नृशंस हत्या के मामले में एडीजे प्रथम महेश चंद्र कौशिक की अदालत ने शुक्रवार को एक ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाया। अदालत ने इस सुनियोजित हत्याकांड में तीन दोषियों को फांसी और दो को उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई है, जबकि सभी दोषियों पर 25-25 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया गया है।

क्या था मामला?
यह सनसनीखेज वारदात 29 नवंबर 2022 को सामने आई थी, जब गुच्चूपानी नाले में एक ई-रिक्शा चालक का शव बरामद हुआ। जांच में पता चला कि वह 28 नवंबर की शाम तीन सवारियों को लेकर निकला था और फिर लौटकर नहीं आया। पुलिस जांच में खुलासा हुआ कि चालक की पत्थरों से कुचलकर हत्या की गई थी।

हत्या के पीछे की वजह
तफ्तीश के दौरान पुलिस को पता चला कि मृतक की पत्नी के आरोपी साबिर अली से अवैध संबंध थे। इसी वजह से हत्या की साजिश रची गई। हालांकि, अदालत में पर्याप्त साक्ष्य न मिलने के कारण मृतक की पत्नी को संदेह का लाभ देते हुए बरी कर दिया गया।

दोषियों को यह सजा मिली:

अरशद, शाहरुख और रवि कश्यप को धारा 302 और 120बी के तहत फांसी की सजा सुनाई गई है।

साबिर अली और रईस खान को कठोर आजीवन कारावास दिया गया है।

अदालत ने स्पष्ट आदेश में कहा, “दोषियों को तब तक फांसी पर लटकाया जाए, जब तक उनकी मृत्यु न हो जाए।”

यह फैसला समाज के लिए एक सख्त संदेश है कि कानून से बचना असंभव है और जघन्य अपराधों के लिए कड़ी सजा निश्चित है।
