दुष्कर्म का आरोपी इमाम गिरफ्तार, 7 वर्षीय मासूम को बनाया था हवस का शिकार

झबरेड़ा, हरिद्वार:हरिद्वार में एक 7 साल के मासूम बच्चे को अपनी हवस का शिकार बनाने वाले मदरसा इमाम को पुलिस ने 24 घंटे के भीतर गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। इमाम पर बच्चे के साथ कुकर्म करने और जान से मारने की धमकी देने का आरोप है। यह घटना थाना झबरेड़ा क्षेत्र की है।

क्या है पूरा मामला

पीड़ित बच्चे के पिता ने 21 अगस्त 2025 को झबरेड़ा पुलिस स्टेशन में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी। उन्होंने बताया कि उनका 7 साल का बेटा मस्जिद में पढ़ने गया था। वहां इमाम नासिर पुत्र नसीर ने उसे अपने कमरे में ले जाकर जबरदस्ती उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया। जब बच्चे ने इसका विरोध किया तो इमाम ने उसे किसी को भी बताने पर जान से मारने की धमकी दी। बच्चे ने घर आकर अपने माता-पिता को पूरी घटना बताई, जिसके बाद उन्होंने तत्काल पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई।

मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए, एसएसपी हरिद्वार के सख्त निर्देश पर झबरेड़ा पुलिस ने तुरंत कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी। पुलिस टीम ने गहन छानबीन और खोजबीन के बाद आरोपी इमाम नासिर को घटना के 24 घंटे के भीतर ही खाताखेड़ी-देवपुर सड़क मार्ग से गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धारा 351(2) और पॉक्सो एक्ट की धारा 5(l), 5(m) / 6 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। गिरफ्तार किए गए आरोपी का नाम नासिर पुत्र नसीर निवासी सुल्तानपुर कुन्हारी, थाना लक्सर, जिला हरिद्वार है। इस मामले की आगे की जांच जारी है।
