जिला कल्याण अधिकारी सिरमौर ने यह जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि प्रदेश सरकार ने सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन धारकों के लिए पहचान सत्यापन की नई प्रक्रिया शुरू की है। जिसके लिए जिला के सभी लाभार्थियों को आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों के माध्यम से 31 अगस्त, 2025 तक ऑनलाइन ई-केवाईसी करवानी होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि विभाग ने ऑनलाइन ई-केवाईसी के लिए विशेष मोबाइल ऐप तैयार किया है। उन्होंने जिला के सभी पेंशनधारकों से आग्रह किया है कि वह 31 अगस्त 2025 से पूर्व अपने नजदीकी आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र में आधार कार्ड, आयु प्रमाण पत्र जैसे पंचायत सचिव, नगर निगम या स्वास्थ्य विभाग से प्राप्त प्रमाण पत्र, वोटर कार्ड, दसवीं का प्रमाण पत्र, पैन कार्ड या जन्म-मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रार का प्रमाण पत्र और बैंक डाकघर पासबुक की प्रति लेकर ई-केवाईसी करवाना सुनिश्चित करें। इन दस्तावेजों के आधार पर लाभार्थियों का तुरंत सत्यापन किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि इस नई पहल से बुजुर्गों, विधवाओं और दिव्यांगों को दफ्तरों के चक्कर भी नहीं काटने पड़ेंगे तथा समय पर आर्थिक मदद मिल सकेगी।

While giving this information, District Welfare Officer Sirmaur said that the state government has started a new process of identity verification for social security pension holders. For which all the beneficiaries of the district will have to get online e-KYC done through Anganwadi centers by August 31, 2025. He said that the department has prepared a special mobile app for online e-KYC. He has requested all the pensioners of the district to ensure e-KYC at their nearest Anganwadi center before August 31, 2025 by taking Aadhar card, age certificate such as certificate received from Panchayat Secretary, Municipal Corporation or Health Department, Voter Card, Tenth Certificate, PAN Card or Certificate of Birth-Death Registrar and copy of bank post office passbook. On the basis of these documents, the beneficiaries will be verified immediately. He said that with this new initiative, the elderly, widows and disabled will not have to run around the offices and will be able to get financial help on time.
