रुद्रप्रयाग में शिक्षकों का चॉक डाउन आंदोलन शुरू, सीधी भर्ती और पदोन्नति की मांग पर अड़े शिक्षक

रुद्रप्रयाग:राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में प्रधानाचार्य की सीधी भर्ती और वर्षों से लंबित पदोन्नति को लेकर रुद्रप्रयाग जनपद के शिक्षकों ने आंदोलन की शुरुआत कर दी है। सोमवार से जिले के तीन ब्लॉकों—ऊखीमठ, अगस्त्यमुनि और जखोली—में शिक्षकों ने “चॉक डाउन” करते हुए कक्षाओं से पूर्ण विराम ले लिया है।

आंदोलन के पहले चरण के तहत ब्लॉक ऊखीमठ के 22, अगस्त्यमुनि के 59 और जखोली ब्लॉक के 35 स्कूलों में सभी शिक्षक-शिक्षिकाएं शिक्षण कार्य से विरक्त हो गए हैं।

राजकीय शिक्षक संघ के जिलाध्यक्ष आलोक रौथाण ने जानकारी दी कि यह आंदोलन प्रदेश कार्यकारिणी के निर्देशानुसार किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्षों से शिक्षक पदोन्नति और प्रधानाचार्य की सीधी भर्ती की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं, लेकिन विभाग और सरकार की ओर से अब तक कोई ठोस नीति नहीं लाई गई है।

जिला मंत्री शंकर भट्ट ने कहा कि पूर्व में भी आंदोलन हुआ था और सरकार ने आश्वासन दिया था, लेकिन वादे अब तक अधूरे हैं।

संरक्षक नरेश भट्ट ने दो टूक कहा कि जब तक स्पष्ट शासनादेश जारी नहीं होता, तब तक शिक्षक पीछे हटने वाले नहीं हैं।

ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष अगस्त्यमुनि अंकित रौथाण ने चेतावनी दी कि हड़ताल की वजह से यदि छात्रों की पढ़ाई प्रभावित होती है, तो उसकी संपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी सरकार और शिक्षा विभाग की होगी।

संघ ने साफ कर दिया है कि यदि सरकार ने समयबद्ध कार्रवाई नहीं की, तो अगला चरण मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय और निदेशालय पर धरने का होगा।

Rudraprayag:Teachers of Rudraprayag district have started the movement regarding direct recruitment of Principal in government secondary schools and promotion for years. Teachers in three blocks of the district – Ukhimath, Agastyamuni and Jakholi from Monday – “Chalk Down”While doing the full break from classrooms. Under the first phase of the movement, all the teachers and teachers in the block Ukhimath, 59 of Agastyamuni and 35 schools in Jakholi block have been disgusted with teaching work. District President of Government Teachers Association Alok Rothan informed that this movement is being done as per the instructions of the state executive.

He said that for years, teacher promotion and direct recruitment of PrincipalWaiting, but no concrete policy has been introduced by the department and the government so far. District Minister Shankar Bhatt said that there was a movement in the past and the government had assured, but the promises are still incomplete. Patron Naresh Bhatt bluntly said that the teachers are not going to retreat until the clear mandate is issued. Block President Agastyamuni Ankit Rauthan warned that if the strikeIf the students’ education is affected, then the government and education department will have full responsibility. The union has made it clear that if the government does not take time -bound action, the next phase will be to sit at the Chief Education Officer Office and Directorate.
