काशीपुर (उत्तराखंड): कुंडेश्वरी रोड स्थित एक निजी स्कूल में उस समय हड़कंप मच गया जब कक्षा 9वीं के एक छात्र ने भौतिक विज्ञान के शिक्षक गगनदीप कोहली पर तमंचे से गोली चला दी। गोली शिक्षक के कंधे में लगी, जिन्हें तुरंत एक निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है।
घटना के बाद स्कूल प्रबंधन ने तत्काल इसकी सूचना पुलिस को दी। सूचना पाकर कोतवाली पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी। पुलिस ने घटनास्थल से सीसीटीवी फुटेज कब्जे में ले लिए हैं, जिसमें छात्र द्वारा गोली चलाने की पुष्टि हुई है।
फॉरेंसिक टीम ने भी मौके से साक्ष्य जुटाए हैं। वहीं, स्कूल स्टाफ ने तत्काल आरोपी छात्र को काबू में लेकर पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया।
प्रारंभिक पूछताछ में छात्र के गोली चलाने के पीछे के कारणों का खुलासा नहीं हो सका है। पुलिस छात्र से पूछताछ कर रही है और उसके परिजनों से भी संपर्क किया जा रहा है।
स्थानीय लोगों और अभिभावकों में घटना को लेकर रोष व्याप्त है और स्कूल की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर भी सवाल उठने लगे हैं।

Kashipur (Uttarakhand): A private school on Kundeshwari Road was stirred up when a student of class 9th fired a pistol at physics teacher Gagandeep Kohli. The bullet hit the teacher’s shoulder, who is immediately admitted to a private hospital. School management after the incidentImmediately informed the police. On receiving the information, the Kotwali police reached the spot and started investigating the case. The police have captured CCTV footage from the scene, confirming the firing by the student. The forensic team has also gathered evidence from the spot.

There is anger among the local people and parents over the incident and questions are also being raised on the school’s security system.
