हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल-स्पीति के किशोरी गांव निवासी और लद्दाख स्काउट्स में सेवारत अग्निवीर अरुण के सियाचिन ग्लेशियर में ड्यूटी के दौरान निधन की खबर से प्रदेश में शोक की लहर है। मुख्यमंत्री ठाकुर सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू ने इस दुःखद घटना पर गहरा शोक व्यक्त किया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अग्निवीर अरुण का योगदान अमूल्य है और देश उनके इस त्याग को सदैव याद रखेगा। उन्होंने इस क्षति को अपूरणीय बताते हुए परिवार के प्रति गहरी संवेदनाएं प्रकट कीं। मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रार्थना की कि ईश्वर दिवंगत आत्मा को शांति प्रदान करें और शोक संतप्त परिवार को इस कठिन समय में धैर्य और शक्ति दे। प्रदेश सरकार ने परिवार के प्रति पूर्ण संवेदना व्यक्त की है।

There is a wave of mourning in the state due to the news of the death of Agniveer Arun, a resident of Kishori village of Lahaul-Spiti in Himachal Pradesh and serving in Ladakh Scouts, during duty in Siachen Glacier. Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has expressed deep condolences on this tragic incident. The Chief Minister said that the contribution of Agniveer Arun is invaluable and the country will always remember his sacrifice. He described this loss as irreparable and expressed deep condolences to the family.
