प्रदेश के सभी स्कूल सरकारी स्कूलों में रेफरेंस और हेल्प बुक इस्तेमाल पर पूर्णता रोक लगा दी गई है। शिक्षा विभाग ने इस संबंध में सभी डिप्टी डायरेक्टर को पत्र लिखा है। सभी स्कूलों के मुखिया को इन आदेशों पर अमल करने को कहा गया है। शिक्षा विभाग के ध्यान में आया कि कुछ स्कूलों में टीचर क्लासरूम में रेफरेंस और हेल्प बुक की सहायता से बच्चों को पढ़ा रहे हैं। यह गुणवत्ता शिक्षा के लिए ठीक नहीं है, शिक्षा निदेशालय ने स्कूलों में सिर्फ नेशनल काउंसलिंग ऑफ एजुकेशनल रिसर्च एंड ट्रेनिंग की किताबें पढ़ने की आदेश दिए हैं। सभी स्कूलों आदेश पालन करने के लिए निर्देश जारी कर दिए गए हैं।

The use of reference and help books has been completely banned in all government schools of the state. The education department has written a letter to all deputy directors in this regard. All school heads have been asked to implement these orders. The education department has come to know that in some schools teachers are teaching children in the classroom with the help of reference and help books. This is not good for quality education, the education directorate has ordered to read only the books of National Council of Educational Research and Training in schools. Instructions have been issued to all schools to follow the orders.
