उत्तराखंड को नई दिशा देने वाला 5,315 करोड़ का अनुपूरक बजट पेश, मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने गिनाईं प्राथमिकताएं

भराड़ीसैंण (गैरसैण):मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने आज विधानसभा सत्र में 5,315 करोड़ रुपये का अनुपूरक बजट पेश किया। बजट पेश करने के बाद मीडिया से बातचीत करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि यह बजट “सबका साथ, सबका विकास, सबका विश्वास और सबका प्रयास” की भावना को ध्यान में रखते हुए तैयार किया गया है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह दस्तावेज़ केवल आंकड़ों का संग्रह नहीं है, बल्कि यह राज्य के समग्र और सतत विकास का रोडमैप है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस बजट में किसानों, श्रमिकों, महिलाओं, युवाओं, गरीबों, सुरक्षा बलों और पत्रकारों सहित समाज के सभी वर्गों को ध्यान में रखते हुए प्रावधान किए गए हैं।

विद्युत टैरिफ सब्सिडी

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का सुदृढ़ीकरण

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना

पुलिसकर्मियों के लिए आवास

तीमारदारों के लिए विश्राम गृह

शहीद और पत्रकार कल्याण कोष

आपदा न्यूनीकरण, भू-धसाव और भूकंप जोखिम प्रबंधन

स्प्रिंग मैपिंग और राहत प्रबंधन के लिए बजट

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि सरकार ‘इकोलॉजी’ और ‘इकोनॉमी’ के बीच संतुलन बनाते हुए पर्यावरणीय संरक्षण को भी पूरी प्राथमिकता दे रही है।

बुनियादी ढांचे पर जोर

रिस्पना-बिन्दाल एलिवेटेड रोड, पंतनगर एयरपोर्ट विस्तार, कुंभ मेला से जुड़ी अवसंरचना और पर्यटन विकास को भी प्रमुखता दी गई है। ऋषिकेश को योग नगरी और हरिद्वार को आध्यात्मिक पर्यटन नगरी के रूप में विकसित करने की दिशा में सरकार तेजी से कार्य कर रही है।

संस्कृति और आस्था को बढ़ावा

नन्दा राजजात यात्रा और शारदा रिवर फ्रंट जैसे सांस्कृतिक और धार्मिक आयोजनों को भी इस बजट में मजबूती दी गई है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह अनुपूरक बजट ‘नए उत्तराखंड’ की ओर एक ठोस कदम है और जनता से अपील की कि इस विकास यात्रा में सरकार का साथ दें।

Bharadisain (Garsain): Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami presented a supplementary budget of Rs 5,315 crore in the assembly session today. Talking to the media after presenting the budget, the Chief Minister said that this budget “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Everyone’s Faith and Efforts”Has been prepared keeping. The Chief Minister said that this document is not only a collection of data, but it is the roadmap for the overall and sustainable development of the state. He informed that in this budget, provisions have been made keeping in mind all sections of the society including farmers, workers, women, youth, poor, security forces and journalists. Main provisions and schemes:

Electrical tariff subsidy Health servicesReinforcement Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Housing for policemen Rest house for Timardars Martyr and journalist welfare fund Disaster Reduction, Land Extract and Earthquake Risk Management Budget for spring mapping and relief management The Chief Minister said that the government is also giving full priority to environmental protection by balanced between ‘Ecology’ and ‘Economy’. Emphasis on infrastructure Responial Bindal Elevated Road,Pantnagar Airport Extension, Infrastructure related to Kumbh Mela and tourism development have also been given prominence. The government is working rapidly towards developing Rishikesh as a yoga city and Haridwar as a spiritual tourist city. Promotion of culture and faith Cultural and religious events like Nanda Rajajat Yatra and Sharda River Front have also been strengthened in this budget.
