मोबाइल स्नैचिंग की वारदात का खुलासा: दो नशेड़ी अभियुक्त गिरफ्तार, छीना गया मोबाइल व बाइक बरामद

सेलाकुई क्षेत्र में मोबाइल स्नैचिंग की घटना को अंजाम देने वाले दो आरोपियों को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पकड़े गए अभियुक्तों के कब्जे से छीना गया मोबाइल फोन और वारदात में प्रयुक्त मोटरसाइकिल भी बरामद की गई है। पूछताछ में दोनों ने अपराध को नशे की लत पूरी करने के लिए अंजाम देना स्वीकार किया है।

घटना का विवरण:

वादी मुशाहिद पुत्र शाहिद हसन, निवासी करेली, थाना सुभाष नगर, बरेली (उत्तर प्रदेश), हाल निवासी जमनपुर, सेलाकुई ने थाना सेलाकुई में तहरीर दी थी कि दिनांक 13 अगस्त को लेबर चौक से घर जाते समय पीछे से आए अज्ञात बाइक सवार उसके हाथ से मोबाइल छीनकर फरार हो गए।

इस तहरीर पर थाना सेलाकुई में मु०अ०सं० 95/25, धारा 304(2) बीएनएस के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया।

पुलिस की तत्परता से खुलासा:

एसएसपी देहरादून के निर्देश पर तत्काल एक पुलिस टीम गठित की गई, जिसने घटनास्थल और आसपास के सीसीटीवी कैमरों की गहन जांच की। तकनीकी विश्लेषण और मुखबिर की सूचना के आधार पर डिक्सन कंपनी के पास खाली मैदान से दो अभियुक्त—आसिफ और नदीम—को गिरफ्तार किया गया।

इनके पास से एक काला रंग का मोटोरोला स्मार्टफोन और स्प्लेंडर प्लस (UK16D 3237) मोटरसाइकिल बरामद की गई है, जिसका इस्तेमाल स्नैचिंग में किया गया था।

अभियुक्तों का आपराधिक इतिहास:

आसिफ पुत्र इकबाल (22 वर्ष), निवासी सहसपुर, थाना सहसपुर, देहरादून।

नदीम पुत्र युसूफ (25 वर्ष), निवासी सहसपुर, थाना सहसपुर, देहरादून।

पूछताछ में अभियुक्तों ने बताया कि वे नशे के आदी हैं और पैसों की जरूरत के चलते वारदात को अंजाम दिया। जांच में सामने आया है कि अभियुक्त नदीम पूर्व में भी मादक पदार्थ तस्करी के मामलों में जेल जा चुका है।
