रुद्रप्रयाग:भारी बारिश की चेतावनी के चलते प्रशासन ने 12 अगस्त से अगले तीन दिनों तक केदारनाथ यात्रा स्थगित कर दी है। सुरक्षा के लिहाज़ से सोनप्रयाग और जवाड़ी चौकी पर कड़ी बैरिकेडिंग लगाई गई है, ताकि यात्रियों को आगे बढ़ने से रोका जा सके।

एसपी रुद्रप्रयाग अक्षय प्रल्हाद कोंडे ने बताया कि केदारघाटी में लगातार बारिश और घना कोहरा छाया हुआ है, जिससे यात्रा मार्ग खतरनाक हो गया है। इसके बावजूद, कुछ श्रद्धालु स्थानीय वाहनों की मदद से चोरी-छिपे सोनप्रयाग तक पहुंच गए।

मंगलवार सुबह करीब 100 से 150 यात्रियों ने पुलिस बैरियर पार करने की कोशिश की, जिससे मौके पर हल्की झड़प की स्थिति बन गई। हालांकि पुलिस ने स्थिति को संभालते हुए किसी को भी आगे नहीं बढ़ने दिया। कोई चोटिल नहीं हुआ है।

प्रशासन ने साफ किया है कि जब तक मौसम अनुकूल नहीं हो जाता, तब तक यात्रियों की सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी और उन्हें केदारनाथ धाम नहीं जाने दिया जाएगा। धाम में पहले से मौजूद यात्रियों को मौसम सुधरने पर ही सुरक्षित नीचे लाया जाएगा।
