हिमाचल प्रदेश के पांवटा साहिब में तीन महीने से लापता 14 वर्षीय नाबालिग के अपहरण और दुष्कर्म का सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया है। पुलिस ने 10 अगस्त को नाबालिग को हरियाणा से सुरक्षित बरामद कर लिया, जबकि यह मामला 19 मई 2025 को पांवटा साहिब थाना में दर्ज हुआ था। इस मामले में पुलिस ने हरियाणा के यमुनानगर निवासी एक दंपती को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोप है कि दोनों ने नाबालिग को बहला-फुसलाकर पांवटा साहिब से ले जाकर हरियाणा में बंधक बनाया और वहीं उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया गया। गिरफ्तार महिला की पहचान आमना के रूप में हुई है, जो मूल रूप से माजरा की रहने वाली है और वर्तमान में उसकी शादी हरियाणा निवासी बिंदर के साथ हुई है।

प्रारंभिक जांच में सामने आया कि आमना ने ही नाबालिग को झांसा देकर पांवटा साहिब से हरियाणा ले गई, जहां उसे बंदी बनाकर रखा गया। पुलिस के अनुसार, घटना के बाद से नाबालिग के पास कोई मोबाइल फोन या संपर्क का साधन नहीं था, जिससे उसकी लोकेशन का पता लगाना बेहद मुश्किल हो गया। पुलिस ने इस दौरान उत्तर प्रदेश और हरियाणा के कई इलाकों में दबिश दी। लगातार प्रयासों के बाद नाबालिग को हरियाणा से बरामद किया गया। डीएसपी पांवटा साहिब, मानवेंद्र ठाकुर ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार दंपती से गहन पूछताछ की जा रही है और आरोपियों को बुधवार को अदालत में पेश किया जाएगा। बरामदगी के बाद नाबालिग का मेडिकल परीक्षण करवाया गया, बयान दर्ज कर उसे परिजनों के हवाले कर दिया गया है।डीएसपी ने कहा कि पुलिस मामले की हर पहलू से जांच कर रही है और आरोपियों को सख्त से सख्त सजा दिलाने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।

A sensational case of kidnapping and rape of a 14-year-old minor missing for three months has come to light in Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh. On August 10, the police recovered the minor safely from Haryana, while the case was registered in Paonta Sahib police station on May 19, 2025. In this case, the police have arrested a couple from Yamunanagar, Haryana. It is alleged that both of them lured the minor from Paonta Sahib and took her hostage in Haryana and raped her there. The arrested woman has been identified as Aamna, who originally hails from Majra and is currently married to Bhinder, a resident of Haryana.

Initial investigation revealed that Aamna had deceived the minor and taken her from Paonta Sahib to Haryana, where she was kept captive. According to the police, the minor did not have any mobile phone or means of communication after the incident, making it extremely difficult to trace her location. During this time, the police raided many areas in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. After continuous efforts, the minor was recovered from Haryana. DSP Paonta Sahib, Manvendra Thakur said that the arrested couple is being questioned thoroughly and the accused will be produced in court on Wednesday. After recovery, the minor was medically examined, her statement was recorded and she was handed over to her family. The DSP said that the police is investigating every aspect of the case and efforts will be made to get the strictest punishment for the accused.
