पांवटा साहिब के भंगानी पंचायत से हिमाचल-उत्तराखंड की राह होगी आसान, ग्रामीणों ने जन सुनवाई में सड़क के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण को लेकर भरी हामी

ग्राम पंचायत भंगानी में बुधवार को भूमि अधिग्रहण को लेकर जनसुनवाई कार्यक्रम आयोजित हुआ। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता एसडीएम पांवटा साहिब गुंजीत सिंह चीमा ने की। इस दौरान उनके साथ लोक निर्माण विभाग पांवटा के अधिशाषी अभियंता दलीप तोमर, सहायक अभियंता रामभज तोमर, कनिष्ठ अभियंता यशपाल ठाकुर, लैंड एक्वायर टीम, सोशल इफेक्ट एरिया टीम, जमीन मालिक, पंचायत प्रतिनिधि एवं भंगानी क्षेत्र के लोग उपस्थित हुए।बता दें कि प्रदेश के भंगानी नावघाट-भीमावाला विकासनगर पर बनाए गए पुल से उत्तराखंड राज्य को जोड़ने के लिए करीब 44 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि खर्च हुई है। इस पुल से हिमाचल की सीमा क्षेत्र भंगानी नावघाट को जोड़ने के लिए 0.650 किलोमीटर लंबी सड़क का निर्माण किया जाना शेष रह गया था।
इसके लिए सर्वे की प्रक्रिया पूरी कर भंगानी सर्किल के लगभग एक दर्जन किसानों की भूमि अधिग्रहण की जाने वाली जमीन को लेकर उसी पंचायत स्थित भंगानी में जनसुनवाई हुई, जिसमें सैकड़ों लोगों ने अपने हस्ताक्षर कर अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराई। एसडीएम ने उपस्थित लोगों, भूमि मालिकों से नाव-विकासनगर पुल से हिमाचल सीमा को जोड़ने के लिए जमीन अधिग्रहण की प्रक्रिया शुरू करने के बारे में आपत्ति, सुझाव एवं मांगों को लेकर कहा। इस दौरान लगभग सभी ने एकमत होकर जमीन लोक निर्माण विभाग को देने को रजामंदी व्यक्त की।
पांवटा लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिशाषी अभियंता दलीप तोमर तथा सहायक अभियंता रामभज तोमर ने बताया कि इस मार्ग के लिए 0.650 किलोमीटर लंबी और 10 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क बननी प्रस्तावित है। मुख्यमार्ग से जोड़ने के लिए इस जमीन का अधिग्रहण किया जाना शेष था। यह मार्ग जिला सिरमौर की करीब 30 पंचायतों के सैकड़ों गांव के मुख्य मार्ग तथा संपर्क मार्ग से सीधा जुड़ जाएगा।इस अवसर पर पंचायत प्रधान हरजिंद्र कौर, उपप्रधान सुरजीत सिंह, रणदीप सिंह, राहुल कौशल, पृथ्वी चंद पूर्व प्रधान, जवाहर सिंह, कल्याण सिंह, मोहबत अली, नौशाद आदि सैकड़ों लोग उपस्थित थे।

A public hearing program was organized on Wednesday in Gram Panchayat Bhangani regarding land acquisition. The program was chaired by SDM Paonta Sahib Gunjit Singh Cheema. During this, Executive Engineer Dalip Tomar of Public Works Department Paonta, Assistant Engineer Rambhaj Tomar, Junior Engineer Yashpal Thakur, Land Acquire Team, Social Impact Area Team, Land Owners, Panchayat Representatives and people of Bhangani area were present with him. Let us tell you that about Rs 44 crore has been spent to connect Uttarakhand state with the bridge built on Bhangani Navghat-Bhimawala Vikasnagar of the state. To connect this bridge to Himachal’s border area Bhangani Navghat, a 0.650 km long road was yet to be constructed.
For this, after completing the survey process, a public hearing was held in the same Panchayat in Bhangani regarding the land acquisition of about a dozen farmers of Bhangani Circle, in which hundreds of people registered their presence by signing. The SDM asked the people present, the land owners to give their objections, suggestions and demands regarding starting the process of land acquisition to connect the Himachal border with the Naav-Vikasnagar bridge. During this, almost everyone unanimously agreed to give the land to the Public Works Department.
Executive Engineer of Paonta Public Works Department Dalip Tomar and Assistant Engineer Rambhaj Tomar said that a 0.650 km long and 10 meter wide road is proposed for this route. This land was yet to be acquired to connect it to the main road. This route will be directly connected to the main road and connecting roads of hundreds of villages of about 30 panchayats of Sirmaur district. On this occasion, Panchayat Pradhan Harjinder Kaur, Deputy Pradhan Surjit Singh, Randeep Singh, Rahul Kaushal, Prithvi Chand former Pradhan, Jawahar Singh, Kalyan Singh, Mohabbat Ali, Naushad and hundreds of other people were present.
