हिमाचल प्रदेश के शिमला जिले के रोहड़ू उपमंडल में पुलिस ने गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर मखीनाला के पास एक कार से 16.77 ग्राम चिट्टा बरामद किया है। विशेष टीम ने तीन लोगों को मौके से गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। उपमंडल रोहड़ू की विशेष पुलिस टीम ने मखीनाला के पास छापेमारी कर कार से नशीला पदार्थ चिट्टा बरामद किया। पुलिस ने 25 वर्षीय रोहित कुमार (मोहाली, पंजाब), 28 वर्षीय विशाल दत्ता (प्रतापनगर, अंब) और 23 वर्षीय दीपिका (चंडीगढ़) को मौके से गिरफ्तार किया। एसडीपीओ रोहड़ू प्रणव चौहान ने बताया कि तीनों आरोपी रोहड़ू और चिड़गांव क्षेत्र में चिट्टा तस्करी में सक्रिय थे। उन्हें एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत गिरफ्तार कर न्यायालय में पेश किया जाएगा।

Based on a tip-off, police in Rohru subdivision of Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh recovered 16.77 grams of chitta from a car near Makhinala. The special team has arrested three people from the spot. The special police team of subdivision Rohru conducted a raid near Makhinala and recovered the narcotic substance chitta from a car. Police arrested 25-year-old Rohit Kumar (Mohali, Punjab), 28-year-old Vishal Dutta (Pratapnagar, Amb) and 23-year-old Deepika (Chandigarh) from the spot. SDPO Rohru Pranav Chauhan said that the three accused were active in chitta smuggling in Rohru and Chidgaon area. They will be arrested under NDPS Act and produced in court.
