दो साल की नर्सरी टीचर ट्रेनिंग करने वाले ही प्री प्राइमरी प्रशिक्षक के पदों पर भर्ती के लिए पात्र होंगे। एनसीटीई की वेबसाइट पर दर्शाए गए मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थानों से ट्रेनिंग करने वालों को ही नौकरी का मौका मिलेगा। स्कूल शिक्षा निदेशालय ने भर्ती से संबंधित नियम-शर्तों को लेकर राज्य इलेक्ट्राॅनिक्स काॅरपोरेशन को पत्र भेज दिया है। काॅरपोरेशन ने भर्ती को लेकर नियम स्पष्ट होते ही साक्षात्कार लेने वाली निजी कंपनियों को चयनित आवेदकों की सूची तैयार करने के निर्देश दे दिए हैं। हिमाचल प्रदेश में 14 निजी कंपनियों के माध्यम से 6,297 प्री प्राइमरी प्रशिक्षकों की भर्ती होनी है। इसके लिए राज्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स कॉरपोरेशन ने शिक्षा खंड आधार पर भर्तियां करने के लिए कंपनियों का चयन किया था।

जून-जुलाई में साक्षात्कार प्रक्रिया पूरी की गई। 21 से 45 वर्ष की आयु के बारहवीं कक्षा में 50 फीसदी अंक प्राप्त करने वाले हिमाचली भर्ती के लिए पात्र हैं। शिक्षा निदेशक आशीष कोहली की ओर से काॅरपोरेशन को भेजे पत्र में बताया गया कि दो साल की नर्सरी टीचर ट्रेनिंग करने वाले ही भर्ती के लिए पात्र होंगे। इसके अलावा नेशनल काउंसिल ऑफ टीचर ट्रेनिंग की वेबसाइट पर दर्शाए गए मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थानों से ही ट्रेनिंग करने वालों को पात्र माना जाएगा। मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से नर्सरी शिक्षक शिक्षा, प्री-स्कूल शिक्षा, प्रारंभिक बाल्यावस्था शिक्षा कार्यक्रम (कम से कम दो वर्ष का) में डिप्लोमा या बीएड (नर्सरी) होना चाहिए। एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी, पीडब्ल्यूडी उम्मीदवारों के लिए योग्यता अंकों में पांच प्रतिशत की छूट रहेगी। प्रदेश के बाहर के संस्थानों से बारहवीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को वास्तविक हिमाचली होना आवश्यक रहेगा। इसमें एजेंसी चार्जेज, जीएसटी, अन्य खर्च शामिल हैं। प्रत्येक जिले में स्कूल शिक्षा के उपनिदेशक के समग्र नियंत्रण में रहते हुए प्रशिक्षक स्कूल के सबसे वरिष्ठ शिक्षक की देखरेख में काम करेंगे।

Only those who have completed two years of nursery teacher training will be eligible for recruitment to the post of pre-primary instructor. Only those who have completed training from recognized institutes mentioned on the NCTE website will get the job opportunity. The Directorate of School Education has sent a letter to the State Electronics Corporation regarding the rules and conditions related to recruitment. The corporation has instructed the private companies conducting the interview to prepare the list of selected applicants as soon as the rules regarding recruitment become clear. 6,297 pre-primary instructors are to be recruited in Himachal Pradesh through 14 private companies. For this, the State Electronics Corporation had selected companies to make recruitments on the basis of education block.

The interview process was completed in June-July. Himachalis aged between 21 and 45 years who have secured 50% marks in class XII are eligible for recruitment. In a letter sent to the corporation by Director of Education Ashish Kohli, it was told that only those who have completed two years of nursery teacher training will be eligible for recruitment. Apart from this, only those who have completed training from recognized institutions mentioned on the website of National Council of Teacher Training will be considered eligible. There should be a diploma in nursery teacher education, pre-school education, early childhood education program (minimum two years) or B.Ed (Nursery) from a recognized institute. There will be a relaxation of five percent in qualifying marks for SC, ST, OBC, PWD candidates. Candidates who have passed class XII from institutions outside the state will be required to be genuine Himachalis. This includes agency charges, GST, other expenses. In each district, the trainers will work under the supervision of the most senior teacher of the school while being under the overall control of the Deputy Director of School Education.
