कमला नेहरू अस्पताल ( केएनएच) में स्वास्थ्य विभाग में 24 नर्सों की तैनाती की है। जिससे अस्पताल की व्यवस्था में बड़ा सुधार आने की उम्मीद है। कई महीनो से अस्पताल में नर्सों की संख्या बहुत कम थी जिसे गायनी पीडियाट्रिक और अन्य वार्डों में मरीजों की देखभाल में भारी दिखाते पेश आ रही थी। अस्पताल में स्टाफ नर्स की कमी होने के कारण एक नर्स को 20 से 25 मरीजों की देखरेख करनी पड़ रही थी। जिससे ना सिर्फ स्टाफ पर दबाव बढ़ रहा था , बल्कि स्वास्थ्य सेवा भी प्रभावित हो रही थी। अस्पताल की ओपीडी और प्रसव केंद्रों में हर दिन सैकड़ो मरीज पहुंचते हैं ,लेकिन स्टाफ की कमी के कारण उन्हें लगातार कई घंटे तक इंतजार करना पड़ता था। नियुक्तियों के बाद अब उम्मीद की जा सकती है कि इससे मरीज को काफी राहत मिलेगी।

24 nurses have been deployed in the health department of Kamla Nehru Hospital (KNH). Due to which a big improvement is expected in the hospital system. For many months, the number of nurses in the hospital was very less, which was proving to be a problem in the care of patients in gynecology, pediatrics and other wards. Due to the shortage of staff nurses in the hospital, one nurse had to take care of 20 to 25 patients. Due to which not only the pressure on the staff was increasing, but the health service was also getting affected. Hundreds of patients reach the OPD and delivery centers of the hospital every day, but due to the shortage of staff, they had to wait for several hours continuously. After the appointments, it can now be expected that this will provide a lot of relief to the patients.
