सार्वजनिक स्थान पर मारपीट और हंगामा: गोपेश्वर पुलिस ने दोनों पक्षों के 6 युवकों को किया गिरफ्तार

गोपेश्वर: गोपेश्वर-घिघराण सड़क मार्ग पर बह्मसैण के समीप शुक्रवार सायं उस समय अफरा-तफरी मच गई जब दो पक्षों के बीच मारपीट और गाली-गलौज शुरू हो गई। सार्वजनिक स्थान पर हो रहे इस हंगामे की सूचना मिलते ही गोपेश्वर थाना पुलिस तत्काल मौके पर पहुंची और स्थिति को नियंत्रित किया।

पुलिस के अनुसार, दोनों पक्षों के युवक आपसी विवाद के चलते सड़क पर ही एक-दूसरे से मारपीट करने लगे और अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग करते हुए माहौल को तनावपूर्ण बना दिया। मौके पर पहुंचे पुलिस बल ने पहले दोनों पक्षों को समझाकर मामला शांत कराने की कोशिश की, लेकिन वे एक-दूसरे पर आरोप-प्रत्यारोप लगाते हुए झगड़े पर उतारू हो गए।

स्थिति की गंभीरता को देखते हुए पुलिस ने दोनों पक्षों को थाने लाया, जहां भी विवाद शांत नहीं हुआ और युवक दोबारा उत्तेजित होकर मारपीट पर आमादा हो गए। इसके बाद पुलिस ने तत्काल कार्रवाई करते हुए भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता (BNSS) की धारा 170 के अंतर्गत कुल 6 युवकों को गिरफ्तार किया।

गिरफ्तार किए गए युवक निम्नलिखित हैं:

शिवम (22 वर्ष), निवासी पोखनी, जोशीमठ

सुमित (26 वर्ष), निवासी कुनखुली बैरागना, गोपेश्वर

अंकित (23 वर्ष), निवासी सगर ग्वाड़, थाना गोपेश्वर

🔹 द्वितीय पक्ष

अंकुश (19 वर्ष), निवासी निकट पुलिस लाइन, गोपेश्वर

भूपेन्द्र सिंह (19 वर्ष), निवासी स्यारी बंगाली, नंदानगर घाट

अभिषेक (22 वर्ष), निवासी ग्राम लगंसी, थाना जोशीमठ

पुलिस द्वारा सभी आरोपियों के विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है। साथ ही क्षेत्र में शांति व्यवस्था बनाए रखने हेतु गश्त बढ़ा दी गई है।
