देहरादून:मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने हरबंस कपूर मेमोरियल कम्युनिटी हॉल, देहरादून में आयोजित “रक्षाबंधन समारोह 2025” में केंद्रीय संस्कृति एवं पर्यटन मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत की उपस्थिति में प्रतिभाग किया। समारोह में प्रदेशभर से भारी संख्या में माताएं और बहनें शामिल हुईं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि वे एक मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में नहीं, बल्कि एक भाई के रूप में माताओं-बहनों की सेवा में उपस्थित हैं। उन्होंने भावुक अपील करते हुए कहा कि यदि प्रदेश की किसी भी बहन या बेटी को किसी भी प्रकार की परेशानी हो, तो वह सीधे मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय से संपर्क करें। उनका प्रयास रहेगा कि वे स्वयं समस्याओं का संज्ञान लेकर समाधान करें और एक भाई का धर्म निभाएं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने घोषणा की कि ग्रामीण महिलाओं की आजीविका बढ़ाने के लिए जल्द ही ’’जल सखी योजना’’ शुरू की जाएगी। साथ ही ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में पेयजल आपूर्ति का कार्य महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को सौंपने की तैयारी है। पानी के नए कनेक्शन, बिल वितरण, वसूली और रखरखाव का कार्य आउटसोर्सिंग के माध्यम से महिला समूहों को दिया जाएगा।

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि यह केवल सरकारी योजनाएं नहीं, बल्कि बहनों के प्रति उनकी जिम्मेदारी और प्रेम की अभिव्यक्ति है। उन्होंने रक्षाबंधन की अग्रिम बधाई और शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि उत्तराखंड की मातृशक्ति से उन्हें निरंतर सेवा के लिए ऊर्जा मिलती है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में केंद्र सरकार महिलाओं को सक्षम, सशक्त और आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में लगातार कार्य कर रही है। बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढ़ाओ, सुकन्या समृद्धि योजना और उज्ज्वला योजना जैसे कार्यक्रम इसके प्रमाण हैं।

उन्होंने बताया कि प्रदेश में महिला समूहों की मेहनत से “लखपति दीदी योजना” के अंतर्गत 1.63 लाख से अधिक महिलाएं आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त हुई हैं। “मुख्यमंत्री सशक्त बहना उत्सव योजना” से अब तक 30 हजार से अधिक महिलाएं लाभान्वित हो चुकी हैं, जिन्होंने ₹5 करोड़ से अधिक का व्यापार किया है।

केंद्रीय मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में उन्हें जल जीवन मिशन और स्वच्छ भारत मिशन जैसी महिलाओं के कल्याण से जुड़ी योजनाओं पर कार्य करने का अवसर मिला है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज हर योजना का केंद्रबिंदु महिलाएं हैं और विशेष रूप से उत्तराखंड की सीमांत क्षेत्रों की महिलाओं द्वारा बनाए गए हस्तशिल्प उत्पादों को राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों से जोड़ा गया है।
