बंदूक के दम पर पत्नी को डराने वाला पति फंसा, डीएम ने किया शस्त्र लाइसेंस निलंबित

देहरादून। पत्नी को धमकाने और बंदूक दिखाकर डराने की हरकत अब आरोपी पति को भारी पड़ गई है। जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने मामले में त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी यश यादव का शस्त्र लाइसेंस तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित कर दिया है। साथ ही पुलिस को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि उसका हथियार ज़ब्त कर थाने की अभिरक्षा में सुरक्षित रखा जाए।

घटना 1 अगस्त की है, जब पीड़िता शिखा ने डीएम कार्यालय पहुंचकर शिकायत दर्ज कराई। उन्होंने बताया कि उनका पति उन्हें अक्सर दहेज के लिए प्रताड़ित करता है और बंदूक तानकर जान से मारने की धमकी देता है। पीड़िता लंबे समय से मानसिक तनाव में रह रही थी।

शिकायत पर गंभीर रुख अपनाते हुए जिलाधिकारी ने आरोपी के खिलाफ आयुध अधिनियम, 1959 की धारा 17(3)(क) और (ख), तथा आयुध नियम, 2016 के नियम 32(3) और (4) के अंतर्गत कार्रवाई की। लाइसेंस संख्या 311/ थाना नेहरू कॉलोनी, देहरादून को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित कर दिया गया है।

जानकारी के अनुसार, यश यादव ने शस्त्र लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने में कुछ दस्तावेजों की कूटरचना भी की थी। इस आधार पर अब लाइसेंस को स्थायी रूप से रद्द करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है।

डीएम ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए हैं कि शस्त्र को ज़ब्त कर नेहरू कॉलोनी थाने में सुरक्षित रखा जाए और आरोपी को 15 दिनों के भीतर अपना पक्ष रखने का अवसर दिया जाए। यदि वह जवाब नहीं देता या स्पष्टीकरण संतोषजनक नहीं होता, तो उसका लाइसेंस स्थायी रूप से रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।

The incident took place on August 1, when the victim Shikha reached the DM office and lodged a complaint. He said that her husband often harasses her for dowry and threatens to kill the gun. The victim was living under mental stress for a long time. Taking a serious stance on the complaint, the District Magistrate, Section 17 (3) (a) of the Ordnance Act, 1959 against the accused, and (b), and OrdnanceAction was taken under Rules 32 (3) and (4) of Rules, 2016. License number 311/ Thana Nehru Colony, Dehradun has been suspended with immediate effect. According to the information, Yash Yadav had also committed some documents in obtaining arms license. On this basis, the process of permanent cancellation of the license has been started. DM has given clear instructions that Nehru Colony Police Station seizing the weaponMay be kept safe and the accused should be given an opportunity to present his case within 15 days. If he does not respond or explanation is not satisfactory, his license will be permanently canceled.
