देहरादून में 58.32 करोड़ की लागत से ग्राम्य विकास भवन का शिलान्यास, मुख्यमंत्री ने की कई विकास योजनाओं की घोषणा

देहरादून:मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरुवार को डांडा नूरीवाला, सहस्रधारा रोड स्थित कार्यक्रम में ₹58.32 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाले ग्राम्य विकास भवन का शिलान्यास किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने भवन परिसर में पौधारोपण भी किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के इस एकीकृत भवन को प्रदेश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के विकास में मील का पत्थर बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि इस भवन में विभाग की प्रमुख फ्लैगशिप योजनाएं एक ही स्थान से संचालित होंगी, जिससे कार्यों में पारदर्शिता और गति आएगी।

उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य सरकार “एक जनपद, दो उत्पाद” योजना के माध्यम से स्थानीय आजीविका को प्रोत्साहित कर रही है और ‘हाउस ऑफ हिमालयाज’ ब्रांड के जरिए पारंपरिक उत्पादों को राष्ट्रीय व अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान दिलाने की दिशा में काम कर रही है। लक्ष्य है कि वर्ष 2027 तक राज्य में ₹25 करोड़ का कारोबार हो और हजारों युवाओं, महिलाओं और स्वयं सहायता समूहों को स्थायी आजीविका से जोड़ा जा सके।

मुख्यमंत्री ने विभिन्न योजनाओं जैसे स्टेट मिलेट मिशन, फार्म मशीनरी बैंक, एप्पल मिशन, नई पर्यटन और फिल्म नीति, होम स्टे, वेड इन उत्तराखंड और सौर स्वरोजगार योजना के माध्यम से राज्य की अर्थव्यवस्था को सशक्त बनाने की बात कही।

उन्होंने बताया कि ‘लखपति दीदी योजना’ से लाखों महिलाएं आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त हुई हैं और ‘रूरल बिजनेस इनक्यूबेटर सेंटर योजना’ के तहत ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा मिल रहा है।

राज्य में धार्मिक, साहसिक, ईको-टूरिज्म, वेलनेस, एग्रो और फिल्म पर्यटन के क्षेत्रों को विकसित किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि योग की वैश्विक राजधानी के रूप में पहचान दिलाने के लिए देश की पहली योग नीति भी लागू की गई है। केंद्रीय पर्यटन मंत्रालय द्वारा जखोल, हर्षिल, गूंजी और सूपी गांवों को सर्वश्रेष्ठ पर्यटन ग्राम का पुरस्कार भी मिल चुका है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में ग्रामीण विकास के क्षेत्र में ऐतिहासिक कार्य हुए हैं। पीएम ग्राम सड़क योजना, मनरेगा, राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना और स्वच्छता अभियान ने ग्रामीण भारत को सामाजिक और आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत किया है।

उन्होंने बताया कि ग्रीष्मकालीन राजधानी गैरसैंण के सारकोट गांव को उन्होंने आदर्श गांव के रूप में गोद लिया था, जहां अब पशुपालन, मशरूम उत्पादन, होम स्टे और मिलेट उत्पादन में प्रगति हो रही है। पंचायत चुनाव में सारकोट की 21 वर्षीय प्रियंका नेगी के प्रधान चुने जाने को राज्य की युवाशक्ति का प्रतीक बताया और जल्द उनसे मुलाकात कर विकास योजनाओं पर चर्चा करने की बात कही।

इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री जिन योजनाओं का शिलान्यास करते हैं, उनका लोकार्पण भी तय समय में करते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि यह भवन पहाड़ी शैली में निर्मित होगा और इसमें सौर ऊर्जा की पूर्ण व्यवस्था होगी।

उन्होंने बताया कि लखपति दीदी योजना के तहत अब तक राज्य में 1,65,000 महिलाएं आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनी हैं। वहीं, दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल योजना के अंतर्गत 30,678 युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया, जिनमें से लगभग 19,600 को रोजगार मिल चुका है।

कार्यक्रम में विधायक उमेश शर्मा काऊ, सचिव राधिका झा, अपर सचिव अभिषेक रोहेला, अनुराधा पाल, झरना कमठान सहित ग्राम्य विकास विभाग के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
