विकासनगर:पशु चिकित्सालय, विकासनगर में पशुपालकों को अल्ट्रासाउंड/ एक्स-रे सुविधा मिलने की खुशी में जन संघर्ष मोर्चा अध्यक्ष एवं जीएमवीएन के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष रघुनाथ सिंह नेगी ने मोर्चा टीम के साथ चिकित्सालय पहुंचकर व्यवस्थाएं परखीं तथा चिकित्सालय में हो रहे एक्स-रे की संख्या देख खुशी जताई | फिलहाल तकनीकी खराबी के चलते अल्ट्रासाउंड नहीं हो पा रहे हैं, शीघ्र ही यह सुविधा भी पशुपालकों को मिलने लगेगी| यह मोर्चा की बहुत बड़ी जीत है | उक्त मामले में स्थानीय चिकित्सक को ही प्रशिक्षण दिया गया, जिसके चलते अल्ट्रासाउंड/ एक्स-रे आदि सुविधाएं पशुपालकों को मिलने लगी |

नेगी ने कहा कि पशु चिकित्सालय, विकासनगर में पूर्व में अल्ट्रासाउंड/ एक्स-रे सुविधा मशीन होने के बावजूद पशुपालकों को सुविधा नहीं मिल पा रही थी, जिसके संबंध में मोर्चा के आग्रह पर सचिव, पशुपालन विभाग श्री बीवीआरसी पुरुषोत्तम ने निदेशक, पशुपालन, डॉ. नीरज सिंगल को पशु चिकित्सालय, विकास नगर की व्यवस्थाएं परखने के निर्देश दिए,जिसके क्रम में निदेशक श्री सिंगल व मोर्चा अध्यक्ष नेगी तथा टीम ने पशु चिकित्सालय में बिना रेडियोलॉजिस्ट व लैब टेक्नीशियन के लाखों रुपए मूल्य की वर्षों से धूल फांक रही अल्ट्रासाउंड/ एक्सरे मशीन मामले में व्यवस्थाएं परखी तथा अस्पताल में व्याप्त तमाम अव्यवस्थाओं के बारे में भी जायजा लिया था |

नेगी ने कहा कि क्षेत्र के एकमात्र प्रमुख पशु चिकित्सालय पर निर्भर पशुपालक एवं पेट लवर्स अपने पालतू पशुओं का समुचित इलाज नहीं कर पा रहे थे तथा उनको इधर-उधर भटकना पड़ता था | उक्त के अतिरिक्त चिकित्सालय में कई अन्य सुविधाओं का भी अभाव बना हुआ था |

नेगी ने कहा कि अस्पताल परिसर में शल्य चिकित्सा केंद्र में अल्ट्रासाउंड/ एक्स-रे मशीन व खून जांच किए जाने संबंधी सभी उपकरण उपलब्ध हैं, लेकिन इन सब जांचों (टेस्ट) को करने वाला कोई नहीं था|

विकासनगर के पशु चिकित्साधिकारी डॉ. सुनील कुमार गुप्ता फार्मासिस्ट श्री बर्थवाल व मोर्चा के दिलबाग सिंह, प्रवीण शर्मा पिन्नी, हाजी असद, भीम सिंह बिष्ट, प्रमोद शर्मा व अतुल हांडा मौजूद थे |

Negi said that despite having an ultrasound/ X-ray facility machine in the veterinary hospital, Vikasnagar, the cattle rearers were not getting the facility, in relation to which the Secretary, Animal Husbandry Department Shri BVRC Purushottam, Director, Animal Husbandry, Dr. Neeraj Single to Veterinary Hospital, DevelopmentInstructions were given to test the arrangements of the city, in the order of which Director Mr. Single and Morcha President Negi and the team had taken stock of the altrasound/ X -ray machine in the veterinary hospital without radiologist and lab technician for years in the ultrasound/ X -ray machine case and all the chaos prevailing in the hospital.
