हिमाचल प्रदेश के स्कूल और कॉलेजों में पढ़ने वाले 10 हजार मेधावियों को मिलेंगे 16-16 हजार कीमत के लैपटॉप-टैबलेट

हिमाचल प्रदेश के स्कूल और कॉलेजों में पढ़ने वाले दस हजार मेधावियों को राज्य सरकार लैपटॉप और टैबलेट देगी। मेधावियों को 16-16 हजार रुपये की कीमत के कूपन दिए जाएंगे। अधिक कीमत के गैजेट्स खरीदने की भी इन्हें छूट रहेगी। पोर्टल के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों को खरीद करने के लिए आवेदन करना होगा। चयनित कंपनियां स्वयं खुद कोरियर के माध्यम से सामान को घर छोड़कर जाएंगी। उधर, शिक्षा विभाग ने योजना के शुभारंभ के लिए मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू से समय मांगा है। शैक्षणिक सत्र 2022-23 की मेरिट सूची में शामिल दसवीं और बारहवीं कक्षा तथा कॉलेजों के मेधावियों को अपनी पसंद को कोई भी एक इलेक्ट्रानिक गैजेट देने का सरकार ने फैसला लिया है।
राज्य इलेक्ट्राॅनिक्स कारपोरेशन के माध्यम से गैजेट्स की कॉन्फ़िगरेशन तय की गई है। कारपोरेशन ने कई कंपनियों को इसके तहत चयनित किया है। योजना में पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने के लिए आवेदन करने को एक पोर्टल भी तैयार किया है। इस पोर्टल पर अपनी जानकारी अपलोड करने के बाद मेधावी अपनी पसंद के किसी एक इलेक्ट्राॅनिक्स गैजेट को चुन सकेंगे। वर्ष 2007 में तत्कालीन धूमल सरकार के समय में लैपटॉप देने के साथ इस योजना को शुरू किया गया था। 2012 में वीरभद्र सरकार ने इस योजना को जारी रखते हुए विद्यार्थियों की संख्या का दायरा इस योजना में बढ़ाया। नई व्यवस्था के तहत इलेक्ट्राॅनिक्स गैजेट्स की एक बास्केट तैयार की गई है। मेधावी विद्यार्थियों को सरकार सम्मानित करते हुए एक कूपन देगी। इस कूपन के माध्यम से मेधावी अपनी पसंद की कंपनी का लैपटॉप या टैबलेट ले सकेंगे।

The state government will give laptops and tablets to ten thousand meritorious students studying in schools and colleges of Himachal Pradesh. The meritorious students will be given coupons worth Rs 16,000 each. They will also be allowed to buy gadgets of higher price. Students will have to apply to make the purchase through the portal. The selected companies themselves will drop the goods at home through courier. On the other hand, the Education Department has sought time from Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu for the launch of the scheme. The government has decided to give any one electronic gadget of their choice to the meritorious students of class 10th and 12th and colleges included in the merit list of the academic session 2022-23.
The configuration of the gadgets has been decided through the State Electronics Corporation. The corporation has selected several companies under this. To maintain transparency in the scheme, a portal has also been prepared for applying. After uploading their information on this portal, the meritorious students will be able to choose any one electronic gadget of their choice. This scheme was started in 2007 during the time of the then Dhumal government with the provision of laptops. In 2012, the Virbhadra government continued this scheme and increased the scope of the number of students in this scheme. Under the new system, a basket of electronic gadgets has been prepared. The government will give a coupon to the meritorious students while honoring them. Through this coupon, the meritorious students will be able to get a laptop or tablet of the company of their choice.
