देहरादून- जन संघर्ष मोर्चा अध्यक्ष एवं जीएमवीएन के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष रघुनाथ सिंह नेगी ने उत्तराखंड एवं हिमाचल प्रदेश को जोड़ने वाला सेतु सिंहपुरा (हिप्र)- नावघाट( उत्तराखंड) पुल की कनेक्टिविटी मामले में फिर से मुख्य सचिव श्री आनंद बर्धन को दिनांक 17/7/25 को ज्ञापन सौंपकर कार्यवाही का आग्रह किया,जिस पर मुख्य सचिव ने सचिव, लो.नि.वि. को कार्यवाही करने एवं हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को पत्र प्रेषित करने के निर्देश दिए |

नेगी ने कहा कि मोर्चा द्वारा पूर्व में भी दिनांक 28/10/ 24 को मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी से कार्यवाही का आग्रह किया था, जिस पर सचिव, लोक निर्माण ने हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार के प्रमुख सचिव, लो.नि.वि. को दिनांक 4/ 12/ 24 को पत्र प्रेषित कर कार्रवाई का आग्रह किया था |

नेगी ने कहा कि लगभग 50 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से बना उक्त पुल विभागीय एवं अन्य जनप्रतिनिधियों की अपरिपक्वता/नासमझी/ कमीशन खोरी की वजह से शोपीस बनकर रह गया है, जिसकी वजह से सरकार का करोड़ों रुपया बेकार हो रहा है एवं उक्त पुल का वर्तमान में जनता को कोई लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है |

हिमाचल प्रदेश से कनेक्टिविटी न होने के चलते सरकार का पैसा बर्बाद हो रहा है | सूत्रों से ज्ञात हुआ है कि उक्त कनेक्टिविटी मामले में कोई कानूनी अड़चन फंसी है, जोकि हिमाचल प्रदेश के अधिकारियों द्वारा सुलझाए जाने की दिशा में कार्य कर रही है | नेगी ने कहा कि भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों की जुगलबंदी के चलते सरकार का करोड़ों रुपया बर्बाद हो रहा है |

नेगी ने कहा कि अप्रैल 2015 में स्वीकृत पुल बगैर हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार से पुख़्ता एमओयू साइन किये लगभग एक- दो साल से बनकर तैयार हो गया है, लेकिन सिंहपुरा तक की कनेक्टिविटी भूमि अधिग्रहित/ अर्जन किये बगैर ही कर दी गई |हैरानी की बात है कि पुल निर्माण से पहले हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार से कोई लिखित दस्तावेज नहीं लिए गए ! मोर्चा जनता को लाभ दिलाने के लिए पुल की कनेक्टिविटी कराकर ही दम लगा |

Dehradun– Raghunath Singh Negi, president of Jan Sangharsh Morcha President and former GMVN Vice President Raghunath Singh Negi, urged the Chief Secretary Mr. Anand Bardhan again to the Chief Secretary Mr. Anand Bardhan in the connectivity case of Setu Singhpura (Hipr)- Nawaghat (Uttarakhand) bridge connecting Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. ToInstructed to take action and send a letter to the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Negi said that the Morcha had earlier urged Chief Secretary Mrs. Radha Raturi to take action on 28/10/ 24, on which the Secretary, Public Works, the Principal Secretary of the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Low.V. The letter was sent on 4/12/44 and requested to take action. NegiIt is said that the said bridge built at a cost of about Rs 50 crore has become a showpiece due to the immaturity of departmental and other public representatives due to the immaturity/ senseless/ commission khori, due to which the government’s crores of rupees are getting useless and the said bridge is not getting any benefit at present. The government’s money is being wasted due to lack of connectivity with Himachal Pradesh. It has been known from sources that in the said connectivity caseThere is a legal hurdle stuck, which is working towards resolving Himachal Pradesh officials. Negi said that due to the jugalbandi of corrupt officials and public representatives, the government is wasting crores of rupees. Negi said that in April 2015, without the sanctioned bridge signed a strong MoU from the Himachal Pradesh government for almost one or two yearsIt is ready, but the connectivity up to Sinhapura was done without acquiring/ acquiring the land. Surprisingly, no written documents were taken from the Himachal Pradesh government before the bridge construction! In order to benefit the public, connectivity of the bridge was imposed.
