मसूरी में श्रीलंकाई अफसरों को मिलेगा सुशासन का मंत्र, एनसीजीजी में शुरू हुआ अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम

मसूरी की ठंडी वादियों में अब श्रीलंका के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भारत के सुशासन मॉडल को समझने और अपनाने का पाठ पढ़ेंगे। नेशनल सेंटर फॉर गुड गवर्नेंस (एनसीजीजी) में सोमवार से श्रीलंकाई सिविल सेवकों के लिए 11वां अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम शुरू हो गया है, जो 28 जुलाई से 8 अगस्त तक चलेगा।

करीब 40 अनुभवी श्रीलंकाई अफसर इस दो सप्ताह की ट्रेनिंग के दौरान न सिर्फ भारत की नीतियों और योजनाओं को समझेंगे, बल्कि उन्हें अपनी व्यवस्था में लागू करने के तौर-तरीकों पर भी मंथन करेंगे। एनसीजीजी के महानिदेशक डॉ. सुरेन्द्र कुमार बगड़े ने कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन करते हुए इसे ‘विचारों के आदान-प्रदान का मंच’ बताया।

उन्होंने कहा कि यह केवल प्रशिक्षण नहीं, बल्कि दोनों देशों के प्रशासनिक अनुभवों का संगम है। प्रतिभागियों को थ्योरी से लेकर फील्ड विज़िट तक हर स्तर पर गहराई से समझने का अवसर मिलेगा।

प्रशिक्षण के प्रमुख विषयों में शामिल हैं:

सुशासन और रणनीतिक नेतृत्व

लोक नीति निर्माण व क्रियान्वयन

आयुष्मान भारत का मॉडल

डिजिटल इंडिया और ई-ऑफिस की कार्यप्रणाली

भूमि अभिलेखों का डिजिटलीकरण

पीएम गतिशक्ति योजना

नेतृत्व कौशल और संवाद कला

इसके अलावा, अधिकारियों को भारत की प्रमुख संस्थाओं और ऐतिहासिक धरोहरों का दौरा भी कराया जाएगा। इस सूची में लाल बहादुर शास्त्री राष्ट्रीय प्रशासन अकादमी, इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय वन अकादमी, देहरादून विकास प्राधिकरण, पीएम गतिशक्ति अनुभव केंद्र (दिल्ली), प्रधानमंत्री संग्रहालय और आगरा का ताजमहल भी शामिल हैं।

ये दौरे केवल देखने के लिए नहीं, बल्कि भारत के प्रशासनिक ढांचे को महसूस करने और उसकी कार्यशैली को करीब से जानने के लिए होंगे।

Sri Lankan officers will get the mantra of good governance in Mussoorie, international training program started in NCGG

Mussoorie (Dehradun). In the cold plains of Mussoorie, now senior officials of Sri Lanka will read the lesson of understanding and adopting the good governance model of India. The 11th International Training Program for Sri Lankan civil servants start from Monday at the National Center for Good Governance (NCGG)Gaya, which will run from 28 July to 8 August. Around 40 veteran Sri Lankan officers will not only understand India’s policies and schemes during this two-week training, but will also churn on the ways of implementing them in their system. Dr. Surendra Kumar Bagade, Director General of NCGG, inaugurated the program, described it as a ‘platform for exchange of ideas’. He said that it is not just training, butThere is a confluence of administrative experiences of both countries. Participants will get an opportunity to understand deeply at every level from theory to field visit. Major subjects of training include: Good governance and strategic leadership Public policy formulation and implementation Model of Ayushman India Functioning of Digital India and E-Office Digitization of land records PM Capacity Scheme Leadership skills and dialogue arts Other than this,Officers will also be given a tour of major institutions and historical heritage of India. The list also includes Lal Bahadur Shastri National Administration Academy, Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy, Dehradun Development Authority, PM System Experience Center (Delhi), Prime Minister’s Museum and Taj Mahal of Agra.
