उन्होंने कहा कि भारत विकास परिषद पाँच मूल बिंदुओं – संपर्क, सहयोग, संस्कार, सेवा और समर्पण – पर आधारित कार्य करती है। इन्हीं मूल्यों के अनुरूप यह आयोजन समाज में राष्ट्रवादी चेतना और जन जागरण को प्रोत्साहित करने का माध्यम बन रहा है। कार्यक्रम में डॉ. भुवेश धीमान ने हरियाली तीज पर्व के महत्व और उसकी परंपरा के बारे में विस्तारपूर्वक जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि कैसे इस पर्व के माध्यम से हमारी संस्कृति को अगली पीढ़ी तक पहुंचाया जा सकता है। कार्यक्रम में महिलाओं की उत्साही भागीदारी रही और वातावरण सांस्कृतिक रंगों से सराबोर रहा। अंत में सभी को तीज पर्व की शुभकामनाएं देते हुए नीरज गोयल ने प्रदेशवासियों से अपने त्योहारों से जुड़ने और उन्हें आत्मसात करने की अपील की।

Bharat Vikas Parishad unit Paonta Sahib organized Hariyali Teej festival with great enthusiasm under the project ‘Hamari Sanskriti, Hamari Virasat’ under “Sanskar Activity”. The program started with Vande Mataram, in which the members of the council and guests participated. Giving information on this occasion, Purve Province Finance Secretary Neeraj Goyal said that this program organized by the council is not only a social effort to strengthen family relations, but it is also a powerful medium to make our women power aware of their culture, their heritage and festivals.

He said that Bharat Vikas Parishad works on the basis of five basic points – contact, cooperation, sanskar, service and dedication. In accordance with these values, this event is becoming a medium to encourage nationalist consciousness and public awakening in the society. In the program, Dr. Bhuvesh Dhiman gave detailed information about the importance of Hariyali Teej festival and its tradition. He told how our culture can be passed on to the next generation through this festival. There was enthusiastic participation of women in the program and the atmosphere was drenched in cultural colors. Finally, while wishing everyone a Happy Teej festival, Neeraj Goyal appealed to the people of the state to connect with their festivals and assimilate them.
