पहाड़ की बेटी मानसी नेगी ने रचा इतिहास, विश्व विश्वविद्यालय खेलों में जीता कांस्य पदक

पहाड़ की ऊँचाइयों से उठी उम्मीदों की उड़ान ने एक बार फिर साबित कर दिया कि जुनून और मेहनत से कोई भी सपना सच हो सकता है। चमोली जिले के छोटे से गांव मजोठी की बेटी मानसी नेगी ने जर्मनी में आयोजित FISU विश्व विश्वविद्यालय खेल 2025 में भारत के लिए कांस्य पदक जीतकर पूरे देश का सिर गर्व से ऊँचा कर दिया है।

16 से 27 जुलाई 2025 तक जर्मनी के राइन-रूहर में आयोजित इन खेलों में 100 से अधिक देशों के लगभग 8,500 छात्र-एथलीट 18 विभिन्न खेलों में प्रतिस्पर्धा कर रहे हैं। इसी प्रतियोगिता में भारत की महिला वॉक रेस टीम का हिस्सा रहीं मानसी ने टीम वॉक रेस स्पर्धा में कांस्य पदक अपने नाम किया।

मानसी नेगी की प्रमुख उपलब्धियाँ:

37वीं नेशनल जूनियर एथलेटिक्स चैंपियनशिप, गुवाहाटी (अंडर‑20):
10,000 मीटर रेस वॉक में 47:30.94 मिनट में स्वर्ण पदक जीता, साथ ही राष्ट्रीय रिकॉर्ड भी बनाया।

82वीं ऑल इंडिया इंटर यूनिवर्सिटी एथलेटिक्स, तमिलनाडु:
20 किलोमीटर वॉक रेस में स्वर्ण पदक।

विश्व विश्वविद्यालय खेल 2023, चेंगदू (चीन):
भारत की महिला टीम के साथ कांस्य पदक।

पहाड़ की सीमित सुविधाओं, आर्थिक संघर्षों और कठिन परिस्थितियों के बावजूद मानसी ने कभी हार नहीं मानी। अपने दृढ़ संकल्प और अथक मेहनत से उन्होंने न केवल अपने परिवार और गांव का, बल्कि पूरे उत्तराखंड और भारत का नाम विश्व पटल पर रोशन किया है।

मानसी की यह उपलब्धि उन तमाम युवाओं के लिए प्रेरणा है जो विपरीत परिस्थितियों में भी अपने सपनों को साकार करने का हौसला रखते हैं।
