29 जुलाई को किसान बागवान राज्य सचिवालय घेराव का करेंगे, हिमाचल किसान सभा और सेब उत्पादक संघ के आह्वान पर प्रदेश भर से किसान बागवान शिमला पहुंचेंगे। गत दिनों हाई कोर्ट के निर्णय के बावजूद भारी संख्या बड़े पैमाने पर फलदार पौधों के कटान के विरोध में राज्य सरकार के खिलाफ यह निर्णय लिया गया है। पूर्व विधायक और किसान बागवान नेता राकेश सिन्हा ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया की प्रदेश सरकार किसानों और बागवानों के हकों की बात न्यायालय के समक्ष सही तरीके से रख पाने में सफल नहीं हो पाई है। बागवानों के हरे पेड़ों को उजाड़ा जा रहा है जो कि सीधे तौर पर पर्यावरण के साथ खिलवाड़ है। पूर्व विधायक ने बताया कि किसान बागवान राज्य सचिवालय कोच के दौरान प्रदेश सरकार वह न्यायालय से पांच बीघा से कम भूमि वाले किसान और बागवानों की बेदखली पर तुरंत रोक लगाने की मांग करेंगे। प्रदेश में लगभग चार लाख परिवार ऐसे हैं जिनको अभी तक जमीन का अधिकार नहीं मिला है। किसान सभा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष डॉ कुलदीप सिंह तंवर ने पूरे प्रदेश के किसान और बागवानों से निवेदन किया है, ज्यादा से ज्यादा संख्या में आकर इस धरना प्रदर्शन में भाग ले। किसानों और बागवान की आवाज को बुलंद कर उनके हितों की रक्षा करें।

On 29th July, farmers and gardeners will gherao the state secretariat. On the call of Himachal Kisan Sabha and Apple Producer Association, farmers and gardeners from all over the state will reach Shimla. This decision has been taken against the state government in protest against the cutting of fruit trees on a large scale despite the decision of the High Court a few days ago. Giving information, former MLA and farmer gardener leader Rakesh Sinha said that the state government has not been able to present the rights of farmers and gardeners in the right way before the court. The green trees of the gardeners are being uprooted which is directly playing with the environment. The former MLA said that during the state secretariat camp, farmers and gardeners will demand from the state government and the court to immediately stop the eviction of farmers and gardeners having less than five bighas of land. There are about four lakh families in the state who have not yet got the right to land. State President of Kisan Sabha, Dr. Kuldeep Singh Tanwar has requested the farmers and gardeners of the entire state to come in maximum numbers and participate in this protest.
