20 हजार की रिश्वत लेते पकड़ा गया लेखपाल, विजिलेंस की ट्रैप टीम ने दबोचा

उत्तराखंड विजिलेंस ने भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ एक और बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए शुक्रवार को लक्सर में तैनात चकबंदी लेखपाल सुभाष कुमार को 20 हजार रुपये की रिश्वत लेते रंगेहाथ गिरफ्तार किया। आरोप है कि सुभाष कुमार एक पीड़ित किसान से भूमि सीमा संशोधन के बदले यह घूस मांग रहा था।

सूत्रों के अनुसार, पीड़ित किसान लंबे समय से अपनी भूमि की सीमाओं में संशोधन के लिए दफ्तर के चक्कर काट रहा था। दो दिन पहले जब उसने लेखपाल सुभाष कुमार से संपर्क किया, तो उसे काम के बदले 40 हजार रुपये की मांग की गई। बाद में सौदा 20 हजार रुपये में तय हुआ। लेकिन पीड़ित ने रिश्वत देने के बजाय विजिलेंस विभाग से शिकायत कर दी।

विजिलेंस की टीम ने योजनाबद्ध तरीके से शुक्रवार को ट्रैप लगाया। जैसे ही सुभाष कुमार ने पीड़ित से पैसे लिए, ट्रैप टीम ने उसे रंगेहाथ पकड़ लिया।

विजिलेंस निदेशक डॉ. वी. मुरुगेशन के अनुसार, आरोपी के घर और कार्यालय की भी तलाशी ली गई है, जहां से कुछ दस्तावेज व अन्य सामग्री बरामद हुई है। अब इनकी भी जांच की जा रही है।

सुभाष कुमार को शनिवार को स्पेशल विजिलेंस कोर्ट में पेश किया जाएगा। फिलहाल मामले में आगे की जांच जारी है।

But the victim complained to the Vigilance Department instead of paying bribe. The Vigilance team planned trap on Friday. As soon asSubhash Kumar took money from the victim, the trap team caught him red handed. According to Vigilance Director Dr. V. Murugation, the house and office of the accused have also been searched, from where some documents and other materials have been recovered. Now they are also being investigated. Subhash Kumar will be produced in the Special Vigilance Court on Saturday. Currently, further investigation in the case is going on.
