गवर्नमेंट डिग्री कॉलेज, कफोटा के प्राचार्य और अंतरराष्ट्रीय एथलेटिक्स रेफरी डॉ. कुलदीप सिंह को भारतीय एथलेटिक्स महासंघ (एएफआई) की तकनीकी समिति में 2025-26 सत्र के लिए सदस्य नियुक्त किया गया है। यह समिति देशभर से चुने गए मात्र 4-5 तकनीकी विशेषज्ञों की एक विशिष्ट इकाई है, जो राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एथलेटिक्स आयोजनों के तकनीकी दिशा-निर्देश तय करने में अहम भूमिका निभाती है। डॉ. कुलदीप सिंह की यह नियुक्ति न केवल उनके खेल क्षेत्र में दीर्घकालिक योगदान और विशेषज्ञता की पुष्टि करती है, बल्कि यह उनके शैक्षणिक नेतृत्व और वैश्विक स्तर पर प्राप्त मान्यता को भी दर्शाती है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय एथलेटिक्स रेफरी के रूप में उनका अनुभव समिति में एक महत्वपूर्ण तकनीकी दृष्टिकोण जोड़ेगा, जिससे भारत में एथलेटिक्स के संचालन और विकास को नई दिशा मिल सकेगी।

Dr Kuldeep Singh, Principal of Government Degree College, Kafota and international athletics referee, has been appointed as a member of the Technical Committee of Athletics Federation of India (AFI) for the 2025-26 session. This committee is an exclusive body of only 4-5 technical experts selected from across the country, which plays a key role in setting technical guidelines for athletics events at the national level. This appointment of Dr Kuldeep Singh not only confirms his long-term contribution and expertise in the field of sports, but also reflects his academic leadership and global recognition. His experience as an international athletics referee will add an important technical perspective to the committee, which will give a new direction to the operation and development of athletics in India.

The Athletics Federation of India (AFI) is the highest governing body of track and field sports in the country and relies on this select committee to ensure technical proficiency in conducting national-international competitions. Dr. Singh’s inclusion in it highlights his commitment to sports and his ability to set high standards in India. This appointment is not only a personal achievement for Dr. Singh but also a matter of pride for Kafota College and the entire district of Sirmaur.
